4/5 would recommend Frother doesn’t work great, seems to not hold enough pressure.

The single use has been great but when I make a pot, coffee is not that great. We use the single more then the full pot so regret not buying a better one

I didnt love it and here is why, takes awhile to make the coffee and it sits and gets a scorched taste after a time... I did like the noise and the warning bell that tells you its ready

Very disappointed. This machine is clunky and using the Espresso and steam wand is such a pain that it’s not really worth it. Look elsewhere.

Don’t buy it. If you’re thinking about it, don’t. Find something else. Coffee maker side works fine, espresso side has not been working for what seems like MONTHS now. I got this for me and my bf for christmas. His side, the coffee maker side, works fine. The espresso side stopped working after a month. Customer service is so hard to communicate with. I finally called to check the status of my open case and they emailed me back w poorly written reset instructions. I bought geek squad protection but problem is that my local store does not have this product in stock. So now i have to decide: bring the coffee maker into a best buy so geek squad can “service” it, tell me they have to order a replacement, and then lug my machine back home until it comes in? Or just wait until the bella company decides to finally help me get a replacement machine for this defective one?? Or give me a refund. Long story short: invest in a better machine. Sure, it’ll be more expensive but it might be worth saving all the headache.

Froster shoots more water than steam beside that the plastic is not the best quality but has lasted longer than the lonrgian or how ever it is spelled

Best coffeemaker ever. I love the fact that you can set up a time for the coffee to start making.

Good unit and nice to get instant hot water whenever needed without using a microwave.

Purchased due to all of the features. Spent a couple of hours unpacking and cleaning it. Discovered that it doesn’t have a removes me water tank and each espresso run must be done with just water to prime the system. I got ready to use it the next day and tried to set the clock. There was no response. I tried to turn it on, nothing. Change the plug to another outlet. Nothing so I spent a couple hours packing it up and returned it to the store.

The best coffee maker ever does what it says it does. Wish I bought more then one got it on deal of the day price was right.

Got this unit for a very decent price. Takes time to figure out how to use it. watched You Tube videos, purchased various accessories. I’m happy with it.

So far so good. I’ve been very impressed with this. I primarily use the espresso function and my wife uses the coffee pot. The frother does work good, but did not come with a cup to froth.

I have loved this pot and used it for over a year with no problems, HOWEVER, before you buy it you need to be aware that Bella does not offer replacement parts. I broke the carafe and called customer service. They went thru the motions of asking for proof of purchase, etc. to see what they could offer. But that was over a week ago and they won't respond to me via email. Will try calling again, but buyer beware it will not be easy to do a simple replacement of parts.

Great Product! Definitely took me a while to get the hang of the machine. It was hard to use at first. Heat up milk great! Worth the money!.. still kind of confused on why the water goes to the bottom of the tray.

We purchased this one while on sale to use after our current one died down. We finally unpacked it this weekend. Nice looking and easy to use product. However, after just a couple of days of use I am getting a deep burning smell. This is not the "new" smell, we are passed that. This is the scary burning smell type and it's coming mostly from the espresso side. Scary stuff. I am requesting a free replacement or refund from Bella.

Great coffee maker. Has options to automatically start coffee in the morning. I love it!

One of my best buys this year! Lattes and capuchinos are amazing.

Seems like a fluke in my first unit but up until a week ago it worked great and I was using it almost everyday. Now the espresso side doesn’t want to heat up the water at all. The buttons stay flashing forever and never go solid to show it’s ready. Going to see if they will cover it under warranty or try and charge me to replace it since I follow the instructions to the T.

Replacement first one quit after a year. Good unit get the warranty.
