The espresso portion of it is super easy to use, but it's annoying that you can only operate one side of the coffee machine at a time.

I do have to say the espresso machine is very loud as well as the frother, but it is a delicious end result!

Missing item

Only complaint is that we are missing the cleaning brush that the manual says is supposed to be with it.. Tried contacting Best Buy Total Tech support and upon asking about how to contact the company, I was instructed to go to the local Best Buy to have them "help" me. I told them I've went in for assistance with online purchases before and been told that they can't help with online orders so I felt that their "total tech support" in this instance was not helpful.

Love my espresso machine

I can steam the milk. I can make a whole pot of coffee or I could do individual espresso.

Easy to use, family loves the barista feel

Wife likes me to make coffee house lattes & the like for her. Kids like to make froth milk with it. Like the easy to use timer and easy to set strength.
