I was able to pop it back up but that also stopped being a reliable solution pretty quickly. The machine also pops and steams for about 30 minutes after the coffee is finished brewing. It is very loud. I never got the hang of the espresso feature so i cant speak to the longevity of it but the actual coffee machine is rendered useless.

Ended up keeping it as a entey level coffee dispenser and brewer. I tried both the expresso and brewer, the brew is strong when you let it steep longer (2-4 minutes)by limiting the water and removing the glass pot during brewing resulting in a bolder ans fuller tasting coffee. As for the espresso side, it is 6/10. Average at best. I settled for the price over function aspect of it.

Love my espresso machine

I can steam the milk. I can make a whole pot of coffee or I could do individual espresso.

Only complaint is that we are missing the cleaning brush that the manual says is supposed to be with it.. Tried contacting Best Buy Total Tech support and upon asking about how to contact the company, I was instructed to go to the local Best Buy to have them "help" me. I told them I've went in for assistance with online purchases before and been told that they can't help with online orders so I felt that their "total tech support" in this instance was not helpful.

Easy to use, family loves the barista feel

Wife likes me to make coffee house lattes & the like for her. Kids like to make froth milk with it. Like the easy to use timer and easy to set strength.
