    I came from a Ninja Blender that we got rid of due to the blender pitcher itself getting old food particles stuck inside the unit. It was super gross looking. Anyway I got this one because it looked like that wouldn’t be a problem. And it isn’t. It’s actually great in that regard. However the plastics on the new pitcher and all of the accessories are super cheap and soft. I don’t imagine this thing lasting long which is a HUGE bummer. I am not confident this will last. As for the blending performance, coming from a Ninja with blades that go up the entire blender to this only having the blades at the bottom is kind of a let down. Basically to sum this up. It’s a major let down. I was hoping it would be a replacement for the Ninja but it ultimately left me feeling like I should have just bought a new pitcher for the Ninja at the outrageous price they wanted. Oh well, it is what it is but I don’t recommend this if you’re coming from a Ninja.

    The Bella PRO - MasterBlend 3-in-1 Prep System with Blender, Personal Blender & Food Processor in Oatmilk color was difficult to operate the first time, but as I reread the directions in the instruction manual, I noticed they were out-of-order and not "together" as to what to do.
