One of the worst coffee brewing machines I've ever purchased. The top lid kept falling when pouring water into the reservoir. I wouldn't stay up; I think that's very important! No internal ater filter. The timer was very confusing. I do not know where the manufacturer gets the name "Pro" should be a bench warmer. Any for that retail price??????

This unit is heavy, has a short cord, and the keypad you have to use to turn it on and off is not easy to use. WORSE, if you only use the single serve unit occasionally, the remaining water sits in the reservoir until the next time you use it. It could sit there for months if you don't use the single serve often. The flip top for the carafe coffee maker has to be held up while you fill it with water or it will fall down while you are filling! It should not be placed under a counter.

My review is going to be terrible , I just purchased this product for my wife for Christmas this is actually all she asked me for as a gift was a nice new coffee pot ,HOWEVER this one is already broken a month later it will not make single cups of coffee at all . I am now looking to see if I can return this item since Best Buy has a stupid 30 day policy I’m sure I’ll have to fight for this if I get anywhere at all

Like title says, pod side stops working in 1-2 months, just like other reviewers have stated. Doesn’t matter what size we choose, we are lucky to get 2 oz to brew from the pod side. Now I have to decide if it’s worth it to try and find out how to try and get warranty service or not.

I purchased this because the color would match the kitchen. The buttons are on a touchscreen and they don’t work. You can touch as hard or soft as you want but they don’t work.

Clock on the unit does not keep up with real time. Spoke with warranty about the issue with no resolve.

It stays on all the time you need to turn it off. It’s not automatically turned off. It’s really hard to work with. I am not really enjoying it. Single coffee part coffee comes out kind of cold so I’m not really happy with this product.

Well, I’m on my third one now. After 2-4 weeks the pod side stops making coffee. Even when I pick 14oz I’m lucky if I get 2oz. I guess we’ll see if this one makes it.

Instructions to confusing. Returned would not recommend

Arrived with top broken. Tried to make it work but didn't brew a full pot and k cup didn't brew a whole cup. Box had damage and should have been a sign of things to come.

The instructions to set it up are terrible. The time for the hours to turn off doesn’t work. We have manually turn it off.

Would not make a pot of coffee. Received a defective unit. And couldn’t even find anything online for support because it’s a discontinue model. Absolute nightmare

Hard to operate press the button all the setup lights disappear. Add 6 cups of water still nothing happen. Add 6.2 cups of water desiring 6 cups of coffee it starts.
