It's not the most user-friendly (maybe I've been spoiled with my old Keurig) and the lid doesn't stay up on its own when you need to fill it with water or add grounds but it makes a decent cup of coffee so I can't really complain.

Makes excellent coffee. Easy to use and no issies. Wish the tank was bigger for the single brew. Have to fill daily

I really like this with 2 small exceptions. The water reservoir is too small for the single brew function. 2 14oz cups at max. Seems like I'm constantly refilling it. The Kcup holder doesn't drain completely always leaving a couple of drips to drop on the holding tray when the coffee cup is removed. Overall I'm very happy with it. It's fast and Offers Kcup or carafe brewing.

Very good quality and I like being able to make one cup or a whole pot. Definitely a good value.

This is a great coffee maker. Not only does it make great coffee in a carafe, it also makes single serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or whatever else you can find a pod to make. Everyone says the coffee tastes better.

Works great so far. Keeps coffee hot. Haven't tried the single use yet.

Very quite and quick for single cup brew than most other brands. It is a bit more complicated to learn how to operate the delay brew than other coffee makers that have multi-brew functions. Again it is quieter than most other brands, but I have yet to figure out how to get the warmer to remain on longer than the pre-programmed timer.

Love it so far, it has some quirks about how to set the brew and warmer. But coffee is hot and it makes full cups.

I love the look of this coffee pot and all the various functions!! I was able to take two products and combine it into one and still have the same great flavor! I like that it comes with reusable filters and has a strength option. This has been a great addition to our kitchen appliances.

Great coffee maker and if I only want one cup I can do that too, great two in one coffee maker

Very great product. It is very easy to use and has many features. It is very convenient wether you want to make large quantities of coffee or a cup of coffee for yourself.

So far, so good. This coffee maker replaces one that was about 10 years old, and no longer kept the coffee warm enough. This one does. The versatility of having the pod option is great when you have a mix of caffeine and no caffeine drinkers. The speed with which it brews coffee is quite fast.

Good quality works well lots of options makes a good cup of coffee!

List coffee maker. It is intuitive..very easy to use. And great for a quick cup of coffee. When I don't need a full pot. Especially great for the price.

Our old coffee maker had stopped recently and so my lovely wife came in the room one night to ask me to find another on and we both are very happy with this item. It was well worth the price
