Great product a Little bulky but solid and works great

Really like the color.It works really good.I like that you can put taller cups in.

I bought Bella to replace Mr. Coffee 3 months ago. I love the style and the ability to make a full pot or single cup. Comes in handy for a cup of hot tea. We use the preset for brewing in the mornings - for the past week the clock on the coffee pot is losing time, so coffee isn’t ready when I wake up. We’ve reset it right before bed, looses time and can’t figure out why. I’ll be contacting the company to see if there’s a solution to this inconvenience. It brews great coffee. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the clock.

It's a coffee maker, I guess it make good coffee. It really just a matter of putting the correct amount of grounds in for how much coffee you want. I have trouble out of the power button, it doesn't have an indicator to show when it powers up. I have to program it to make coffee 1 minute into the future and put bit on auto to get it to make coffee. The pod side seems to work good though.

This coffeemaker functions well with both K-cups and traditional ground coffee. The carafe is very attractive. The oatmeal-colored case is a good color for my kitchen. There are two drawbacks: the machine is so tall that it barely fits under my kitchen cabinets, so it must be pulled forward in order to use it and refill it. And when using the K-cup brewer, it will not accept the 20-ounce mug that my previous coffeemaker accepted with ease.

It's not the most user-friendly (maybe I've been spoiled with my old Keurig) and the lid doesn't stay up on its own when you need to fill it with water or add grounds but it makes a decent cup of coffee so I can't really complain.

Overall view on the item: it works great. Extra input: its bulky in size, would benefit if it was a bit slimmer on the 4 sides.

This machine is great for the flexibility of brewing a whole pot or just 1 cup! It’s quiet when brewing and keeps the coffee hot! The ome thing indomt love is the lid on the coffee pot has a long stem which is odd and makes it difficult to fill water from the fridge. I also wish the drip tray of the k-cup aode went up a little higher as coffee splashes out and on to my counters a bit when brewing. Overall im happy woth my purchase and would recommend it to others!

Great product! We had been looking around for awhile for machine that could both brew a pot of coffee and use Keurig cups as needed. This machine accomplishes both and makes great coffee. I don't believe this is a negative but this machine is relatively large at least compared to a regular single cup Keurig. We have had no issues and serves is life's nectar every morning. Highly recommend.

I really like this with 2 small exceptions. The water reservoir is too small for the single brew function. 2 14oz cups at max. Seems like I'm constantly refilling it. The Kcup holder doesn't drain completely always leaving a couple of drips to drop on the holding tray when the coffee cup is removed. Overall I'm very happy with it. It's fast and Offers Kcup or carafe brewing.

I didn't want to drop a bunch of money for a combination carafe / single cup coffee machine. Figuring they all pretty much work the same, I bought this to give it a try. Works as expected with no problems so far. I wish it had a large water reservoir so I don't have to fill it each time, but that's a minor nit - I get by just fine. We'll see how long it lasts.

Makes good coffee, sometimes the buttons have to be touched multiple times.

Product works well and got a good deal on it open box, BB for the win. Was a bit dissapointed that Kcups wont fit in it, but not that much extra work to use the single serve with grounds. Love the color palette too.

Very good quality and I like being able to make one cup or a whole pot. Definitely a good value.

It's great - just wish the top door stayed open when pouring water and/or coffee in the top. Other than that, it's great and I love that there are separate tanks for the pod side versus the carafe side.

This is a great coffee maker. Not only does it make great coffee in a carafe, it also makes single serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or whatever else you can find a pod to make. Everyone says the coffee tastes better.

Very quite and quick for single cup brew than most other brands. It is a bit more complicated to learn how to operate the delay brew than other coffee makers that have multi-brew functions. Again it is quieter than most other brands, but I have yet to figure out how to get the warmer to remain on longer than the pre-programmed timer.
