Cheap, flimsy, and disappointing. The parts feel low quality, performance is inconsistent, and it’s nowhere near worth the price. Feels like a budget coffee maker with a premium label.

It would be a great coffee maker if it was only consistent in the amount of coffee it actually brewed...you never know if you are going to get 2oz or 10 oz....very disappointed!

I could not get this coffee maker to grind beans. I returned the first one thinking it was defective. Best Buy was great about the return. No questions asked. Ordered the replacement to be delivered to my home. When it arrived, I tried again, still couldn't get it to work. Looked online for videos. Contacted the Bella company and asked for a video or help. They wanted my receipt, a picture, and a video before they'd even speak with me or answer my inquiry. I returned it to Best Buy again, who refunded my money and was pleasant and efficient.

Not what I thought it would do. Too complicated to use and accessories hard to find/ purchase

Not at all what I expected it to be! Too many do’s and don’t. Screen is confusing as far as having to touch the brew button. I thought in this day and age it would also have the capability to use a pod if you wanted! WRONG! Waited to long to return it! No I don’t recommend!

Leaks water and coffee grounds all over the place.. I’ll be throwing in the trash after just 1 month because it’s past the return period.. Not out that much money as I bought it for $44 less $10 Best Buy rewards :(

Not happy with the strength and the heat of the coffee

Bought this less than 30 days ago, stopped working. Best buy has a 15 day garbage return policy. I guess I know why retail is dying. Throw this in the trash. And buy from Amazon. At least they have a 30 day return policy. Good bye best buy, it was a good run. I bought everything in my home from you.

Good price, but I found it to be slow and messy, returned.

Unfortunately my machine stopped working after two months and I dont use it daily.

Grinder is worthless. If you are brewing a 1 or 2 oz cup, I am sure it would work. If I had paid full price for the machine I would be not be very happy.

Don’t do it. Went through 2 units, both had a water sensor issue right out of the box. It’s junk. Spent a little bit more $ to get a better unit that actually works.

The coffee grounds get everywhere!! we have to clean every brew. It's ridiculous & BB of course, won't help after less than 30 days.

Bella coffee maker did not work at all…returned it.

This coffee maker makes great tasting coffee. I only use fresh coffee beans, and it works so efficient. If your making multiple cups, you need need to clean out the grounds between brewings.
