Perfect for Grinding Wheat For Bread

I was drawn to this blender for its ability to grind wheat. I am a big bread maker and wanted something that took up less room on my counter than my big wheat grinder. The first thing I noticed was the size of this thing. It is the largest blender I have ever saw. Initially I did not like the way the pitcher just sits on the base. There is no locking mechanism. They concerned me. The lid is a bit hard to get off but that guarantees that it will not fly off when blending, grinding or whatever. The pitcher itself is all plastic. The handle does not seem like it would be very sturdy at all but it sticks out far from the pitcher so it is easy to grip without my hands getting stuck in/on it. After using the Bella Pro Series for a week or so I fell in love with it. The way the pitcher just sits on the base makes it so easy to lift off. No need to unlock and it is very stable with no jarring or shaking of any kind when being used. The handle is sturdier than it looks but I still worry it will break easy. I love the results I get from grinding my wheat in this powerhouse and there is very little mess. I say very little because there does seem to be some wheat flour getting int the air. Maybe I am just taking the lid off too soon before the flour settles. I will have to work with it to see if I can prevent this. The thing that really impressed me was that the motor did not bog down while grinding whole wheat. It just worked right through it all. I took a photo of the wheat that I blended and attached to this review. I am surprised at the power. I love that I can now grind my wheat in the same appliance that I blend my eggs in for breakfast. My smoothies are smoother than they were in my previous blender with very little effort. I find that I use the high setting for just about everything. I love it when an appliance serves several duties.

Very Simple but Very Powerful Blender

First of all, please be aware that the clear plastic cap that goes in the middle hole of the blender lid, can be found “hidden” in the outside of one of the styrofoam packing pieces! I unpacked what few pieces there are to this blender and absolutely could not find that cap. I even had my husband and daughter check the wrappings and box for me. It wasn’t until I rewrapped and was in the process of reboxing the blender to return it to the store, that I spotted the cap wedged in the outer side of one of the styrofoam packing pieces! Why it can’t be shipped right in the black top piece where it belongs, is beyond me. Now, as for the actual blender, it is very straightforward and very powerful. There are just 2 buttons, one is to Pulse, and one toggles between High, Low, Off. Gone are the days of 12 modes: Blend, Purée, Crush, etc. You don’t need 12 modes with this blender. Its 3 1/2hp motor and stainless steel blades will make short work of whatever you feed it! There’s a small digital counter between the two toggle switches that counts up seconds when you use the high/low button, or counts up pulses when you use the pulse button. I have used it for smoothies and to purée frozen fruit for a recipe and it was lightening fast, both in usage and cleanup. The only negative comment I have to share is that this powerful blender is powerfully loud! Don’t plan on listening to a podcast or making a phone call while whipping up smoothies! The website info on this blender says, “Powerful enough to turn grains into flour and nuts into milk.” I wouldn’t be surprised!

    Large Heavy Duty Blender

Below are my assessments of the Bella Pro Precision Max Blender features, with assets and liabilities, after a few days of making morning smoothies with frozen fruit, ice, yogurt, and almond milk. Along with some after 5pm frozen Margaritas and Daiquiris for entertaining family, neighbors, and guests. BLENDING: It does a great job of quickly blending, thoroughly mixing, and pulverizing the frozen ingredients. The square shaped jar, along with the stainless-steel blades, create a turbo-vortex that facilitates thorough mixing with hard or simi-hard ingredients. SWITCHES: I liked the toggle switch with low and high settings, and the toggle switch for quick pulses, which I used to remix the remaining serving left in the bottom of the canister. Note that it also has a separate side red power “safety” switch. No need for 10+ push-button setting as blenders had in the past. Less is more here with two speeds and a pulsating option. Love the simplicity! DISPLAY: I didn't necessarily find the counter/timer located between the two toggle switches to be all that useful or helpful. But I will acknowledge it could be beneficial for detailed recipes, duplicating a specific mixture, and/or for those users who are accustomed to having that type of precise blending information. CAPACITY: This is one of the larger sized blenders available with its 64 ounces blending jar. Which is great if you consistently, or even occasionally, require the large capacity; think “family” or “entertaining” use. Recognize that this blender could be oversized for a single person who does not need such a hefty blender or have the room for a unit of this size. TRITAN JAR: Convenient and actual functional feature that it has measurements on side of the jar showing the Maximum Fill Line for 1750 Milliliters in 150 Milliliters increments. Also, the Top Cap is a very handy measuring cup with 1-oz and 1.5-oz indicators. LID: It was somewhat difficult to get the lid on and off because of its tight seal. Hopefully, that will improve over time and after several uses. We’ll see. HANDLE: I have a concern with the way the handle is attached to only the top of the blending jar. Because it does not securely attach in two locations (top & bottom), I fear it may be its “Achillies Heel”. And after repeated full jar usage, I’m thinking it could fracture, and eventually break off. My instinct tells me, a jar of this large capacity requires a more substantial mounted handle. Then again, I am not an industrial kitchen appliance designer, so I may be concerned over nothing. Bottom line, I would prefer a more substantially attached handle. Now if Bella had a lifetime jar replacement guarantee, versus the 2-year parts warranty, then my concerns would be eliminated. CLEAN UP: I followed the instructions for cleaning using a couple of drops of dishwashing soap, along with some water, filling to the jar 700 milliliters cleaning indicator. Then ran the blender for a bit to clean the blade and inside of the canister. Appears very easy to keep clean. FOOTPRINT: The base is really large and bulky (again, think commercial grade) and will require quite a bit of countertop space, and/or to store in a kitchen cabinet, pantry, or closet. Also, if you intend to leave it out on a counter, it may not fit under some lower cabinets due to its overall height, just short of 18 inches, without removing the top lid. MOTOR: Utilizing a commercial-grade 3.5-HP motor, along with heavy duty toggle switch controls, and a 3-prong grounded plug, I see no reason for this blender electronics to fail any time in the foreseeable future, even with daily use RATING: If you need to replace an aging blender, or looking for a larger capacity blender that will make short work of mixing a multitude of hard and simi-hard ingredients, then this could be a respectable option. On a sale of 1 to 5, I believe this Bella Pro Series Precision Max Performance Blender earned a solid 4 Rating. .

The blender is INCREDIBLY LOUD However, it blends incredibly well to match This is definitely nice and heavy duty, and the construction feels premium for the price, but it wont wow someone who is used to a vitamix. Was hoping it would come with a tamper like vitamix blenders do, but it does not. Would be a good value add in my opinion. Unit is easy to clean, and the base is surprisingly lightweight for how much power there is. When it's on, it puts out a LOT of air, and will blow anything lightweight right off the counter. Blends chia seeds no problem in a smoothie, so I imagine any seeds would get broken up no problem.

My kids LOVE to drink smoothies and eat fruit/ Acai bowls... I guess it's a new fad these days for tweens and high schoolers even though I have been doing smoothies or shakes for the past many years pre and post work outs.. Regardless this Bella blender does great with making smoothies and different things of this nature.. Setup.... Setup all but took 2 minutes. Unpacked. Filled the pitcher with water added a few drops of detergent and ran the blender for a few minutes to clean it and swabbed it with a bottle brush and we were up and running. Only ding for the design is the super short cord. I wished it was a little longer. Maybe 1 or 2 deet more. Just keep that in mind when you are using this appliance. My kids under my supervision was able to whip up a blueberry smoothie with ease with this blender. I showed them how to clean it and they are all self sufficient in making them own smoothies and cleanup after themselves now .. Super easy to clean. Wide bottom to be able to get a bottle brush in not like the older glass blenders. Power of motor is great. Cut up and blended well without any over amping and cut outs. Also be pitcher design was.good with mixing and thoroughly doing its job. Buttons and switches super easy to use. Overall good design.. For all of this I would recommend this product for it's intended purpose.

There is an interesting variety of Bella Pro Series products and I have had the opportunity to use some of them, I must say that the experience has been satisfactory and this time is no exception, but there are some details to highlight. In the box comes the base, the blender cup, the lid, a measuring cap and an instruction manual. To start using the blender it is very simple, just plug the power cable into the outlet, turn it on and it is ready to use. Of course, it is important to wash the blender cup and lids with water and a little soap before the first use. Something I think is good is that the power button is on the side and has an apparently silicone cover that protects it. On the front are the two buttons, one for high or low intensity and the other for only blending when the button is left pressed, and in the middle of the buttons is the display that indicates the time of use when activating the low or high level and the number of times the button Pulse is pressed. Despite being practically two levels of intensity available, they are more than enough, in truth it can handle practically everything, sauces, shakes, smoothies, iced coffe, etc., I haven't had any problem preparing any drink or food for me. The blades are very powerful and in combination with its Commercial-grade 3.5-HP motor, they do an exceptional job. The blender cup is something that personally leaves me a little to be desired. In spite of being a material that feels resistant and seems to be of good quality, it scratches very quickly and I have noticed that the motor supports where the glass is placed make the glass stain because it is pressurized and when removing it, stains are left on the corners of the base of the plastic that are difficult to remove. The same happens with the lid, that although it needs effort to enter it into the jar and that allows greater security to prevent liquids from dripping down the sides, this same thing makes the glass to be stained when removing the lid, making cleaning taking a little more time being that the blender cup is easy to wash and that apparently was an advantage. In summary I can say that this product fulfills its purpose very well, however there are some aspects such as the material of the jar and the material of the base and the lid which do not convince me, but the truth is that visually it is a nice blender and has a powerful motor. I think that maybe with a discount it would be a good alternative, since for a similar price there are some other options with the same features and even with accessories that improve the experience, honestly I have not found other blenders of the same brand so I can not compare it more than with those of the current market.

Blends everything so much faster than my old blender. Great for smoothies. Ice and frozen fruit blends with no chunks left behind. Easy cleanup. Not really any louder than my old blender, just a deeper tone, so it may sound a little louder, but definitely doable. Very happy with my choice. Yes, the lid is tight to get on and off the first few times, but don't dispair, in my experience, after about 10 uses the lid gets easier to remove. Still a tight vacuum but easier to remove the lid.

Bella Pro Series - Precision Max Performance Blend

TL;DR: 1. USE: I used the Bella Pro Series Precision Max Performance Blender for about a week 2. SETUP: Place it where you want, plug it in, turn on (red button on the side), use the 2 different speeds or pulsing action 3. Usability is easy 4. The quality and durability seem great 5. I would buy it again I had an old personal blender from a different brand for close to 10 years. In the past few months, I can see it’s been slowing down, as it now has trouble with chopping up ice or anything grainy/fibrous. It’s become more of a whisk than anything else. So, I needed something heavier duty than what I was using. For about the past week, I’ve been using the Bella Pro Series Precision Max Performance Blender. I’ve been so impressed that it has now officially replaced my old “high speed” personal blender. So far, I have used it primarily for making smooth, professional quality smoothies for the 2 of us. My old machine would make crunchy, not thoroughly blended smoothies. In my smoothies, I make them with regular sized ice cubes from the freezer, but today decided to use 2 inch squared, whiskey-style ice cubes, as that was all I had available. All I have to say is WOW!!! The blender didn’t even flinch!! I pulverized the 2 cubes instantly, as it blended my fresh and frozen fruits, chia seeds, local honey and oat milk. Within less than 30 seconds, I had 20 ounces of fresh smoothie. Amazing!! The one thing I am still getting used to is its size. Compared with my personal blender, this thing is a giant. Compared to other blenders, it’s about the same size. I still have to find a dedicated place on the countertop, as it is attractive and I don’t want to hide it, as I did with my other one. The blending container is made of Tritan, so I know it will last a long time - that’s the same material some of my water bottles are made of that I hike and bike ride with. Those have occasionally seen falls that this will never see and are still in one piece (my oldest titan water bottle is well over 10 years old and still functions the same as when it was new. The capacity of the container is 1750 mL or just over 59 fluid ounces (picture attached). Everything can be taken apart and cleaned, including the stainless steel blades (picture attached). The top of the lid to the blending container looks also to be made out of Tritan and has a 1.0 and 1.5 oz measurements screen printed into the side, making it easy to add wet or dry ingredients (picture attached). I’m very happy with the quality and functionality of this blender.

This is a powerful unit. I have only had this for a few days and used it several times already. I have made shakes using all frozen fruits and the blender has no problems attaching all those frozen items including the ice. I just made a pesto with ease using this machine. Its easy to use, quick to clean and the possibilities are endless. This pro blender is tall, so unfortunately it does not fit under my cabinets, I should have measured before purchasing.

This blender is amazing. It really works and trumps my blend jet, ninja, and black and decker. The suction cup lid is a little hard to remove but that means it’s working to prevent splatter. It’s a tad loud but still fun to watch it pulverize my ice, veggies, and frozen fruit. It’s pretty quick too and mixed my smoothie perfectly in under 25 seconds. Nut milk is next on my list to make. I appreciate the simplicity and no frills features of this blender!

Didn't think I needed a blender however I noticed I've been spending lots of money on Frappuccinos. Figured if I had a blender, I could make my own for significantly less. Turns out, this is true. On top of these Frappuccino, I can make other mixed drinks I've always wanted to but couldn't since I didn't have a blender. The blender itself is pretty beefy. It's a tad on the heavy side (for a blender) but it feels solid. The canister also feels quite sturdily made as well. I did notice that the cover and the canister were a bit difficult to put on. The fit of the cover onto the canister and the canister to the base is REALLY tight. I'm hoping this should ease up after some use but it's something to note. I like this blender since the controls are very simple. I've seen other blenders that have all these buttons, slide switches and what not and I don't like that. I just wanted something that you plug in and hit a button and the blender goes. This is what this does so I like that. Mixing up my drinks now is pretty nice. Cleaning this, by hand, is quite a pain so I'd recommend cleaning in your dishwasher.

Overall, I highly recommend the Bella Pro Series Blender to anyone looking for a high-quality blender that delivers exceptional results.

    Solid, Powerful, Easy-to-Use Blender

The Bella Pro Series - Precision Max Performance Blender is a solid, powerful, easy-to-use blender. I like the simplicity of the buttons. Basically, “High, Low, Off.” No more squinting to read small print like “smoothie, crushed ice, purée, pulverize, tree composting…” etc. I do think this blender could accomplish that aforementioned yard task, but I don't suggest it. After unpacking the blender, which was streamlined by the simplicity of this machine: lid, small measuring top to lid, container, base, I launched its maiden-voyage by making oatmilk (4 cups ice water, 1 cup old-fashioned oats, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon, dash of salt). It took all of 30 seconds (don't over mix or you could end up with oat slime). This brings me to the next desirable feature: the Timer. I found it very helpful in this case. How convenient! Much better than “one-one thousand, two—one thousand…ad infinitum” —or, well, ad thirty. My next venture was making peanut butter. The peanuts were dry— roasted, veerryy dry roasted. Okay, stale. But with the addition of molasses, it made a delicious blend, just add toast and jam. All in all, this blender is a keeper. It washes easily with a couple drops of dish soap and warm water and blended a minute. Don't overfill though—this thing packs a punch, resulting in lots of suds/overflow. Then rinse and dry, being careful to keep your fingers away from the blades. Now it's ready for the next job: matcha smoothie, anyone?

If you’re looking for a blender that has a powerful motor and a lot of useful features, this is the blender for you. The motor on this blender is commercial grade. The square blending jar allows for easy pouring which I absolutely love. I feel like I’m a barista at Starbucks every time I make a smoothie. Other features that I hadn’t thought about until using are the 1.5 Oz. Measuring cap on top, the non skid feet and the easy to use control panel. I’ve never had a blender that I love as much as this one.

Got this blender during a hot deals sale. It is extremely powerful and is far from your ordinary blender. I own a competitive product in the same small appliance classification of counter top blenders. This blender was far less expensive and equals if not betters the competition. The settings are most fixed to only a few power adjustments for the rotational speed of the blades which I prefer. Arguably, blenders with excessive settings for different types of mixing or food processing often don't really perform as expected anyway so I personally found the fewer settings easier to choose from and create my recipes. This is a great blender and if your were lucky to get it during a "hot deals" price, that's even better
