Seems to be no way to remove food /slotted trays without juices and crumbs getting on door and hinges = extra clean-up. Wish it came with a rotisserie basket or even had one available as an optional accessory. Used another review that suggested a ceramic floor tile with felt pads to heat-protect countertop.
