What it cooks great, tastes great. Some items don't cook as per the instructions. Pork chops, chicken legs and thighs required more cooking time. Cat fish came out great. Fries came out great. Overall pretty good but I wish it cooked exactly as advertised.

This air fryer does it all. I had recently purchased a smaller air fryer and I liked everything about it.... except that it didn't hold enough. This Bella 10.5 quart digital fryer holds a lot of food. I am able to fry on two separate shelves and it cooks evenly on both. I have cooked a few different items with this fryer. My first attempt was cooking frozen items including fries, bacon wrapped foods and cream cheese wantons. I suggest cooking different items separately, as the wantons became too well done. The other items came out very well though. The thing to remember is that different foods have different cooking duration times. This is where I went wrong. My second food was fried chicken wings. These turned out nicely as well. Imagine having fried chicken without all of the grease. I had them breaded in egg and cracker crumbs. The oven comes with a book and the cooking time suggestions are pretty much right on. I ended up with a nice crispy wing on the outside that was very juicy on the inside. The oven comes with a rotisserie as well. I installed it, but haven't had a chance to use it with a chicken yet. There isn't a ton of room, so I would suggest a smaller sized chicken. The other feature that I'm very excited try is the dehydrator.. I have always wanted one, but I don't have unlimited room in my kitchen. This machine does the work of several cooking machines. This is very nice looking and doesn't take much more room than a regular fryer. The digital output, glass door and oven light make it very easy to use. There are separate adjustments for the temperature and the timer. It comes with two cooking racks and a bottom tray to catch drippings. All clean up nicely and are Teflon coated. The door needs to be carefully closed, as it seems to fit a little bit loosely. I wish that it was removable, as it would make cleanup even easier. It latches securely and has a switching mechanism to make sure that it shuts down when door isn't completely shut.
