I don’t use the programmer I just turn it on when I’m ready for coffee and it has been working great. I like the larger size coffee pot. Great deal I think

Was a bit reluctant purchasing a no name brand that I knew nothing about, but this is a very good 14 cup capacity coffee maker for what was a very reasonable price. I ordered it online and picked it up an hour later at my local store. Would definitely recommend.

i always wanted a really good coffee maker and i used to think i can only get it with the expensive brand names, this one proved me wrong. i love that you can adjust the strength of the coffee because sometimes i don’t like my coffee really strong. had it gor almost a year and still doing what it’s gotta do. if this one breaks down, i’m gonna get the exact same one.

Note: Unfortunately, the Best Buy description of this coffeemaker is incorrect in multiple key aspects. It is about 4 inches taller than in the description. This supposedly 10.7-inch-tall item is actually almost 15 inches tall. Also, unlike in the BB description, the water reservoir is not removable. I bought the coffeemaker to fit well under my cabinet and to be able to fill or pour the water easily. In reality, no on both accounts. Frankly, it is challenging to find a c'maker that fits the bill, but the BB description indicated that it would. I returned this model. Otherwise, it is a nice-looking model. But it should be quite swell, as it is regularly a pricy $59.99, and it is really only a traditional coffeemaker with an extra timer setting. But it does go on sale sometimes for half-off, which is when I bought it, making it reasonable, in my opinion. Still, when will these companies figure design more c'makers that are usable under kitchen cabinets without having to drag the c'maker out each time and sliding it back under. Ultimately, I bought a sub-$18 Mr. Coffee coffeemaker elsewhere that is perfectly usable under my cabinet. It is not as fancy looking as the 14-cup Bella, but it still has a clock and timer and is much easier to use. I love it.

Sailors are well known to drink one thing and it’s not necessarily the one thing you are thinking it’s coffee.... This machine was purchased for a bunch of vets whose previous machine was well a “death trap” With that being said this coffee machine had some living up to do and well it sure did it made the blackest and boldest cup of coffee that you would ever see a sailor smile from...

The look of it is so rich and elegant, the features are amazing and It matches my appliances. Most of all, it makes great coffee! Great product!!

We drink 3 pots a day. We prefer machines under $100. This is the 3rd one purchased by my immediate family. Our old one is doing well and I purchased it to have on hand should mine die. This machine lasts longer than Cuisinart, Black and Decker, and Mr. Coffee at this level. It doesn't burn the coffee as it ages. It also doesn't lose the water to steam and have to be replaced as often. Very happy with the black stainless steel as it matches my kitchen appliances.

I especially like the option of selecting the strength. This coffee pot was on sale about half price when I bought it and probably the reason I selected this coffee maker. I am glad I did.

My husband and I gave this to my mother in law and she loved it. Easy to use and makes a good amount of coffee.

I like this coffee maker and I got it on sale as well which was a nice benefit, I like the fact that it holds 14 cups of coffee like some of the more expensive brands but comes in at a lower price tag. It keeps the coffee pretty hot as well as brews it hot which is very important to me as that seems to be a key step in brewing a nice pot of coffee. The only thing that concerns me is being able to find a replacement carafe if this one should happen to break.
