We had to re-purchase the entire item just to replace the carafe which was accidentally broken. It would have been much better if we could have just replaced the carafe. Oh Well..... Such is life sometimes. However we have used this exact model of coffeemaker for several years. It is easy to learn to program and makes great coffee.

I,ve been using Mr coffee coffee makers for as long as I can remember, however, gave this one a try and don't regret it.Looks like I found a new coffee maker.

Great performance for the price. Brews quickly. Easy to fill without spilling water, but make sure to not overfill it or you’ll have water on your counter. Programming the delayed brew was initially confusing but very easy now that I figured it out. The brew strength selection is a good feature. Easy to clean.

Makes coffee and doesn’t make a mess. Just wish the noise when the coffee is done brewing was louder

Purchased this programmable coffee maker for my son who just started medical school, and spends late nights in study. He enjoys waking up as the timer has programmed things so the pot has finished brewing about 2 minutes before he walks downstairs for his firs cup of coffee of the day, then takes his `coffee container' with him to med school.

Its been a great coffee maker. The salesman told me the key is to run it with the lid open until the steam sound is nearly constant then close the lid so the water is hot. Darned if that doesnt work. Makes good tasting coffee and the measuring lines on the carafe tell you how much coffee to how much water. I almost bought an 80.00 model but very happy with this purchase.

Bought this for my mom as a birthday gift. She had just s very basic coffee maker and this definitely helped her out. When I go home I use it from time to time and yeah this thing is legit. My favorite feature is the timer option to have it start brewing without user input. Great product, looks really classy and makes a great cup of joe!
