I love this coffee pot. I ended up buying this one after my last coffee pot kept leaking all over the counter. It was the only 14 cup coffee pot I could find and the reviews were good so I took a chance and I am more than happy with the purchase.

I bought this during the holidays and it was a great price but maybe even better price now. The quality of this coffee machine was hands down a perfect choice. No need for ever buying coffee filters ever again. Money saver and great features, still running like new after 1 year and half, no problems.

This coffee maker was purchased to replace an 11 year old coffee maker. So far, I enjoy the strength setting and keep warm setting, two things my old coffee maker does not have. I also appreciate the fact that it comes with a reusable filter. Only time will be able to tell if it performs as well as my old one.

It’s a great coffee machine with fast dripping and adjustable flavor the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the first one I got failed suddenly in less than 2 months of use , Best Buy exchanged it and now I got a 2 year warranty

I didn't do nearly as much research as I should have. Purchased this with a better sale price during cyber week sales. It's overall ok, but doesn't meet the expectations this coffee maker displays it to be. One issue I ran into: I never use the programmable feature to wake to a ready made pot since the light stays on all night. Not sure it's supposed to? Otherwise I'm glad I paid a cheaper price since it meats expectations of an average coffee maker, maybe with little more feature rich. As I find with the paperless coffee filter, I still prefer to use the unbleached paper filters, otherwise there are grains in my coffee which is unacceptable, not just this coffee maker, any I've tried with paperless filters.

Use it a couple times a week, need to make sure to open it up after using to let it dry (not wait a couple days). Removing the lid off the carafe to wash, one of the little tabs broke. It won’t be a 5 year pot. I do like the adjustable strength function although I only use the strong setting.

Works as expected. It gives my kitchen a nice touch
