Bought this for myself as a Christmas gift, since my Mr Coffee died. I love my Bella. Makes wonderful coffee and has all kinds of bells and whistles. Permanent filter that you just wash the grounds out and use the same filter everyday. Very smart looking. Best coffee maker I’ve ever had and believe me, I’ve had many!

I read a lot of reviews on the best coffee makers and this one had a top rating. It has settings to adjust the brew, easy to clean basket permanent filter, lets you know when it's done brewing. It is the best coffee maker I have ever had, and have had several brands over the years. This one tops them all.

I haven't learned everything that I can do with the programming but I like what I know so far. I especially like the mesh basket for the coffee grounds. A paper filter isn't necessary unless you want to use it to reduce the sediment that gets into the pot.

This coffee maker is your basic coffee maker it has the option of making your coffee on 3 different levels example strong, medium and light but you can not tell the difference in strengthens rather cheap looking fir the price. Ok if your looking for basic.

This is a very nice coffee maker for the money. Programming function works great. brew strength selection is nice for customizing your coffee to your taste. All in all, I would suggest buying this machine if you are looking for a step above a basic coffee maker at a reasonable price.

This is a great coffee maker for a smaller kitchen especially, where the Keurig and other more elaborate coffee machines take up a lot of space. Though basic, it also has additional features than your truly basic models, like keeping warm and programming. I'm happy with the purchase.

Ditched my old drip coffee maker, when I saw this on sale and the very good reviews! My daughter and myself drink coffee every day, all functions work as indicated coffee comes out hot hot and stays warm as long as you want. Thank you Best Buy for a great promotion!

Everything I could look for in a coffee machine. Except may be that I am more a fan of cone filters, but otherwise, what counts is the taste and in this category this machine does just fine.

It is a good coffee maker but you cant set the keep warm, not working, since I bought it. I had no time to take it back to exchange it. But other than that it is a pretty good

The coffee doesn’t stay that much hot but it is acceptable

First when I see this coffeemaker I was escéptical Why Because with coffee makers you Never know but if you Know somebody been happy with a coffee maker you ask them how it was It’s good or not to buy But surprise it was amazing

It does the job of an upgrade. It's big on counter but my previous coffee pot was tiny (for one person) and I had it for years. Love the program feature for sure. Would recommend if it's on sale under $30.

I like this better than my old one but the problem is that it is harder to use and it’s annoying at the beggining but overall brews good and very hot coffee and highly recommended.

This is great, diffenately an upgrade from my previous Mr. Coffee. My first version of this product which I purchased 2wks earlier was packaged poorly, and it broke when unpacking, I had to repurchased, manufactures warranty was not honored!

Coffee pot is a beautiful color and goes with anything in my kitchen. Makes great coffee with a warmer button for later cups. Easy to make coffee and the cleaning of the pot.

My wife & I have had several coffee makers, but so far, this one is the best! No drips when you remove the pot from the machine, or when you pour a cup. We've used so many that drip when you pour, and it's aggravating. Great design, and brews pretty quickly.

Great Coffee Maker with all the features I wanted. The Only down side is it took four runs with plain water to get the plastic smell and taste cooked out. After that, I'm more than pleased

I liked the color and look of the coffee pot but it was too tall and just fit under my cabinet. I had to return it. Never actually made coffee with it.

As I've read on other reviews, the programmable clock has a bug in it. I have never had any device that has this problem before this. If you set the clock before midnight, it doesn't go from PM to AM at midnight, so in the morning it thinks the time is 6pm when it's 6am. So if you want to wake up and smell the coffee, so to speak, you need to do a workaround and make sure you adjust so that you set the clock so it thinks it's after midnight, and then set the program accordingly. (ie, my clock is set to 1am when it's 11pm, and if I want coffee at 6:30am, I have to set the program for 8:30am.) I wrote Bella and it took them two weeks to get back to me. They didn't acknowledge they are aware of the problem. It's all over the review sites! Suffice it to say it's not worth it for me to claim it since I bought this with multiple American Express gift cards. I have to bring all those back to get my money back. STUPID. If you don't care about the programming function, the thing is just fine. I like the filter. Although it doesn't seem very solid. Cheap plastic and I can see that carafe cracking pretty easily.

This is a good coffee maker for a good price. The coffee taste great. The only issue is the filter is poorly made. After several washing the filter screen starts to separate from the plastic filter frame.
