I like the style and design of Bella products. This is my second Bella product. Each one had a programming error. this time the electronics get stuck on "time since brew" it is not just the one that I bought. There are other reports on the net. Although Bella customer service is very good, when you can get through, they want you to take pictures of the serial number and then cut the cord and take another picture to receive a refund. I did this the first time on my Bella Tea Infuser. This time I cut the cord and threw it in the trash. Bella-get rid of your programmer. This is a simple programming error that should have never shipped

This is a perfect coffee maker for those wanting more than basic features but at a wallet friendly price.

Great inexpensive coffee pot the has a lot of the same features as ones that cost a lot more.
