Not impressed.

I drink coffee every, single morning. Well, this one took a while before I could get the right amount of coffee for my tasting. (which is odd) PLUS, it takes almost 15 minutes to make a 6 cup pot. I wish I would've bought any other brand.

Made 2 pots of coffee & Carafe broke!!!

The copper color is beautiful, the machine looks sharp & it brewed coffee fast but after only the 2nd pot of coffee was done brewing the handle broke completely off of the glass pot. BELLA does not make a 14 cup carafe replacement either!! PLEASE READ THAT SENTENCE AGAIN BEFORE PURCHASING THIS MACHINE. I found a "universal" coffee pot/carafe with interchangeable lids that was the closest thing I could find to work with this BELLA coffee maker & it didn't work either. It wasn't tall enough for the coffee to drip into it. So now, I'm out $100-- I have this BELLA Copper Coffee Maker that I cannot use ever again & NO CARAFE. The solution is to buy an entire new machine with carafe? No thank you. Very disappointed.
