Died after 13 months... No response from support

Usually it was brewing a pot twice a day from well water that was filtered and softened. Was cleaned periodically as well. I emailed Bella support twice and called twice and left a voicemail still no response. This was my first and last Bella product. Stay away from this one.

The coffee maker is good, but ...

My girlfriend (sorry for throwing you under the bus) broke the carafe and tried finding replacements for it, none. Ok, let me contact customer support - No response for several months. So when you read this and several other reviews, yes, the customer service was NON-EXISTENT for me. I had to buy a Cusinart replacement carafe and fold up aluminum foil for it to work. It sucks because this is actually a quality coffee maker.

Don't buy this

It doesn't make coffee at a high enough temperature to extract all the flavor. i realized this when i got a different coffee maker. The deal breaker was that the carafe broke, no replacements available and because its a 14 cup, other carafes don't fit. Buy a new one they said.....rest my case. don't buy this
