Great coffee pot with multiple functions. Love it!

I like the style and size of the coffeemaker but the clock runs fast. I have to reset the time every 3 days. I have several Bella products and this is the first issue I have had.

I thought I would be a good coffee maker wrong, it makes coffee slowly the strength meeter is good the keep warm is good, but it slows down the brewing cycle. I have cleaned it but it still slow

Worked great when was working but had good just about a year and it doesn't even hear up anymore.

Bella is a difficult company to work with. Their products are inexpensive, so replacement parts are few, if any

Item arrived and it was in a damaged and open dox. The actual coffeemaker was also broken. So, I can’t assess how it works. I returned the item without any issues.

1. It doesn’t brew well. Strength of the coffee is bad even I set it to the max level 2. Handle is broken at the time I received it. Going return this

I feel it brews pretty slow for a new coffee maker but then again I didnt put in consideration that this 14 cups not 12. I do like it that it has a long warming option.

This is a cheaply made product that cannot make a good cup of coffee. Most problematic is that after running plain water and water plus vinegar 6-8 times, the plastic smell and taste is still evident. Surprised this was highly rated. Carafe glass is very thin. Instructions say to keep it unplugged -- but you can't program it for next day if you do that. Supposed to wait for warmer plate to cool to make next pot of coffee. But mostly it doesn't make a cup of coffee that tastes good. Plastic pour over funnel is much better. Very disappointed. This is not as good as coffee makers 1/4 the price.

This item stopped working just short of a year. It is warranted for 2 years. When I contacted Best Buy to see about an exchange, I was informed that I needed to deal with the manufacturer. After a week of waiting, there was no response to the 2 emails I had sent to Bella Housewares for exchange information. No surprise. If you read the reviews there are many complaining of this same situation. So- I am unhappy with the coffee maker. I am unhappy with Bella Housewares and I am also unhappy with Best Buy for not standing behind what they sell. I will make my purchases else where. Hello Mr. Coffee.

It looks great and I've always heard great things about this coffee maker. Unfortunately, once I got it, it brewed one pot of coffee and then stopped working. I would hit the on button and it would go straight to the time since brew screen. Quite frustrating as I was really looking forward to using it.

Clock gains an hour a day, making timer (auto-brew) unreliable for daily use. Makes great coffee, as long as the auto brew feature isn't important to you. Flimsy plastic trim piece around burner plate cracked within weeks.

The coffee maker works well and makes good coffee. I like some of the functionality like the programmable strength, warm time, etc. The carafe though has the lid permanently attached which makes it VERY difficult and cumbersome to clean. It does not fit well into a dishwasher because of this, so you are forced to clean by hand. To wash and rinse inside, the attached lid obviously must be all the way open which makes it very prone to damage. While cleaning the carafe, we accidentally banged it against the side of the sink, and it broke. THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT CARAFE AVAILABLE, SO NOW THIS COFFEE MAKER IS WORTHLESS TO ME. Very unhappy that a company would offer a coffee maker but not support it by making a replacement carafe available! Incredibly short-sighted considering the carafe design was poor to begin with!

It's very annoying that the water level is only on one side. I mean it's not a deal breaker, but i have to spin it to see how much water i poured in. We like it regardless of that flaw

Worked great for about a month. Then the coffee barely gets hot and the carafe randomly cracked one day. Not worth the money

I loved the way it worked at first only wish I had purchased a warranty because it started to have little glitches then after always resetting it out of no where on a Monday morning of all it only brewd a half a pot then when I tried to brew another pot it would turn on then right away go to warming without even brewing anything . With this being said I'm not happy only had it for 7 months

Very slow brewing. Cheap material and quality. Great size, but that’s the only positive thing.

Brews coffe on the spot and keeps it hot for a long time..... but the coffee tastes horrible. Tried many different methods and strength of coffee etc and it just tastes bad. Will be returning to the store to get something else. If you don’t care about taste it’s fine.

Doesn’t keep coffee hot enough. Not the best pot I’ve ever had.

I bought two of these. Thought the first one was a lemon so bought another. Neither lasted more than 12 months.
