    Cheap coffee pot No replacements available

    The unit works good, , I broke the coffee pot, the first week, I contacted the manufacturers about buying a new one, they have never got back to me. The glass on the pot is paper thin. Dont waste your money, I had a old pot that i need to put a plate under the pot to get it working, Never again

    Its good, but only problem is if you goin to use to many times a day. In 3 moth goin to be a problem with the coffee maker

    Same issue as I've had with other coffee makers. Overtime a full pot seems to only be 12 cups, not 14.

    Bought this to replace the coffee machine we had in the office. Worked well for the first few days, then the heating element failed and it wouldn't brew at all. The coffee it made for those days it worked was fine, but overall I would not recommend.

    Do not buy Bella products. We were in the store and decided to buy a new coffee maker. We went wrong by not checking reviews before we made the impulse purchase. After getting it home we looked online and read many reviews. Most were informing buyers that the machine leaks. And then others loved it. So we decided to take our chances and proceeded to unbox. we filled the machine and pressed start. HOT WATER LEAKED EVERYWHERE. What a mess. Take my word for it. There are better coffee machines for the same money. Avoid the Bella!

    You can only read the water level on the right side, so that limits where you can set it. Sometimes the program feature doesn't clock right so you still have to turn it on manually. The keep warm function hardly works at all and it's entirely too complicated. The whole thing feels cheap and plastic. I recommend you buy something else.

    Owned since 1/2020. Tried to remove the top off the carafe, broke one of the tabs. Now just flops around. No parts available to replace. To the trash it went. Works great otherwise. Nothing special.

    This is the worst coffeemaker I have ever purchased. It stopped heating and brewing today, about 40 days after I bought it (and just a little too late to return it). When I push the "On" button, the coffeemaker immediately reports "Time Since Brew" but without having brewed anything. Bella customer service suggested descaling, but I can't even try that since because the coffeemaker won't heat up. At least I didn't waste too much money on it.

    quit working after a few months

    It was a fine enough coffee maker for the first few months, but recently it just quit working. By that I mean when you click the button to start a brew, it would immediately think it was done brewing and "finish" again. Tried to reset it, unplugged, plugged back in...nada. It still had power and the screen displayed clock time and all the buttons worked, but it wouldn't brew coffee. (kind of an important feature of a coffee maker if you ask me.) I'll stick with more well known name brands from here on out.

    To bad the carafe lid is not removable. It is very difficult to wash!! I also can't believe the company does not make available replacement carafe's just in case the original one cracks. What do they want us to do, buy a whole new coffee pot!!

    Where to start, it is a nightmare to program even worse to set the time. You can’t turn the screen light off. As for the mechanical part no issues. We used it for few weeks we returned it. Big disappointment.

    Poor electronics

    I'm about to return this coffee maker for the 2nd time. Less than 3 months of use, the heating element just stopped working. EXACTLY how my first purchase of this unit stopped working. The On/Off light will come on, but the heating element and the hot plate aren't on. It actually stops right in the middle of trying to brew a pot of coffee.
