When you see this machine it looks beautiful and you think it has a lot function. It is just regular coffee maker, It is not even worth for this lower price.

Loved the actual machine, but we acxidently broke the carafe and ypu cannot purchase a replacement, even contacted the manufacturer, and they do not sell them either.

Was great for 5 months. Found a tiny hole in the carafe. Contacted there support which is a joke as they never responded. Plus they dont sell a replacement carafe. Stay away.

Worked good at first for a few days however it became difficult to get a balanced strength of coffee, was either too watered down or too strong

Bought it prior to thanksgiving 2018. Used it moderately but not daily. Both small and large volume brews. Dead as of 10-13-2019. I have not attempted to call customer service as it’s too early in the morning as of this moment. A little cranky without my coffee and will probably buy a new model while I sort out customer service and the two year warranty.

This coffee maker is cheaply made and clogs easily and often. After two months it quit. Customer service failed to take responsibility after I did everything that they asked. I was left having to suck it up and buy another brand (Ninja, which is working great btw) I do not have time or patience with companies like Bella that make junk.

Do Not Buy!!! I purchased this coffee pot 6 months ago and carafe cracked. I reached out to Bella about replacing carafe and they asked to see receipt so I downloaded it from Best Buy since I bought it online and they won’t accept it, saying it not original receipt. Lol. They won’t help me so I’m stuck with a broken carafe. There are no replacement pots that fit, I tried ordering 3 different kinds . Don’t waste your money!!!

I got this coffee maker about a month ago so I have been able to try it out many many times. I am impressed at how well it works. It's stainless steel and black which makes it easy to go with other appliances if your worried about colors clashing. The display is easily visible and easy to read which is great. It makes up to 14 cups of coffee and even has a pause feature to stop it from brewing if you can't wait wait until it done. I use that feature a lot because I want my coffee quick! It's very lightweight and easy to clean. To add a very special touch, it has a reusable filter (WHAT!?). You can also program it but I havent used that feature yet. That really impressed me. Very pleased.

It coffee maker did not make good coffee, probably because of the reusable coffee filter. none of the feature seem to impress me.

Don't buy this product, I got mine few months ago and accidentally broke the carafe. I can't find replacement, not even with the manufacturer which never has it in stock to sell. Now I have this $60 machine sitting on my counter top decorating my kitchen and nothing else!!!

Carafe breaks easily and cant be replaced - on hold for almost an hour with no help from the manufacturer - it broke within a month - complete waste of money

The clock runs fast and therefore I can’t use the timer to preset the coffee to start

Once I removed the stickers that were glued on the front of the machine, I saw that there were like tiny spots of rust, which wouldn't go away by rubbing cleaning products, and of course I couldn't try to scrub them away because the metal finish would be scratched. So I returned the machine.

This coffee maker was junk. The coffee tasted horrible when brewed with this machine. We returned it and picked up a Cuiinart 3200 instead. The Cuisinart cost double but it’s a world of difference .who knows if that’ll be the case in a year or two from now.

stopped working after 2 years. barely used once per week. only on sundays.

This coffee maker does not shut off automatically. Was delivered May 14,2020 and is only June 14, 2020 and it stop working . I can’t return it was past 15 days allowance to return and besides I through away the box . So I don’t know if can be replace since it’s only 30 days today

After using this coffee maker for 1 week, the glass pot broke after it slid from our drying rack onto our counter--a drop 1.5 inches. You can tell the glass is cheap when you hold it, but I had no idea it would be so flimsy.

Coffee makers seem to have “love ‘em or hate-’em” buyers. I’ve become a hate ‘em buyer. This Bella product came out of the box in an unworkable condition. Thanks to Best Buy’s return policy the junk is off my hands. The role of quality control seems to have slipped through the cracks.

We had a Bella before - worked great for about 4 years before the warming plate stopped working. We got this one as it was similar to the one we had before and we are 4 months in and it isn't working...won't brew, won't get hot, won't do anything. Very disappointed - save your money and get a different brand!

Took it out of the box. No instructions. Looked like it was returned before. Tried to program it, the am/pm function doesn't work. Apparently this is a glitch. I wish I had read the reviews first. Going back to Best Buy.
