    the bottom of this coffee pot broke, no crack or anything... not happy! had a warranty on it, and couldn't get to talk to anyone on if they would replace it.... during covid 19... so needless to say I had to buy another...very disappointed...

    Waste of money. Glass pot broke while hand washing it... was using to fill just one mug at a time until the entire unit stopped working after using 9 short months. The water gets stuck in the filter section. Won’t even fill a mug.

    Terrible. This coffee pot was great for a couple months. Then it started leaking and making the coffee watered down. We know exactly how much to measure and it’s just not performing. I don’t recommend buying this at all.

    Broke after a week.

    On second use, the heat plate caused part of the bezel to crack causing a leak. Returned immediately. If you do buy it, do not buy it WITHOUT a replacement plan. There's a good chance you'll need it.

    This machine only worked for about 9 months before it stopped brewing. Trying to get it repaired/replaced through the manufacturer was like pulling teeth. I would not recommend this product.

    Brewed one pot of coffee then stopped working. Took it back and got the Ninja brand one instead, no problems. Disappointing because it probably would've been great if it kept working.

    There is a problem with these that Bella states they know about. It stopped heating and pumping water in less than 90 days. I would skip this and get a different brand.

    I purchased this coffee maker because I thought it would be more streamlined. I was disappointed because I felt it was very cheaply made and would not last long at all. It was bigger than I expected and took up to much room on my counter. I returned it.

    Awful! This lasted 4 months and now takes 32 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. It's past the return time to I contacted the company 3 times over the last week and I still haven't received a response.

    It makes very weak tasting coffee with lots of grounds in It. The controls do not work. I have to unplug it to turn off. I paid too much for this junk.

    Had this pot for 2 months,only ise on the weekend, i dont even set the time or clock and i dont mess with the buttons. On/off..so roday ot decodes to get stuck in some function that says "time since started" and wont brew...so annoyed!

    heater plate started to rust under the warranty and as Bella couldn't offer a replacement, they provided a refund AFTER I sent a picture of the power cord CUT IN TWO!

    Bought this on line May 5th. Already don't work. First time I spent so much for a coffee maker and it did not even last a month. Only used once a day. Not happy at all.
