So I recently got this coffee maker since I only own a k-cup single brew coffe maker and we have had company staying with us for the holidays. I am very impressed with it. NOt only does it brew 16 cups of coffee but we love the ssetting that lets you select the streght of the coffee flavor you like and it tells you a time of how long your coffe has been sitting there since brewed. I felt that it seemed a little light weight but its all good. great product I highly recommend it.

This is a great coffee maker, we love having the ability to choose how many cups to make, especially when having friends and family in and out, the best part is you can program three different strengths for your brew and get the most oils out of the coffee grounds. The carafe is easy to use and it includes a reusable gold filter. The programmable feature, the auto pause is a great addition for when you can't wait for the whole pot to brew and with the extended warm time and pre set for the coffee to be ready when you wake up.

I am the only coffee drinker in the house so I use a single brewer daily but when I have company over I needed something that brewed more coffee. This is a great brewer. At first I thought it was a little lightweight when pulling it out of the box but it sure can brew a nice pot of coffee! I love the auto-brew function - nothing better than waking up to a pot of coffee on busy school mornings and the brew strength as sometimes I like it to have more bite depending on the coffee I brew. Definitely recommend.

I used to buy Cuisnart drip coffee makers... but at 90.00 a pop... and not lasting more than 3 years...NO MORE Then the historic Mister Coffee, not bad but bad designs. Finally, I found this Bella Drip Coffee Maker.... HOORAY, Yippee! Great design, 14 cups and you get right at 14 cups of coffee.... no evaporation in the chamber.... I don't know how long this coffee pot will last, but I would still buy it again. I really do love this design. Try it... you will be happy you did.

When I first got it out of the box, it was lighter weight than I expected it to be. However, it brewed some delicious coffee and has some really great features! We used this when we had company in town over the holidays and it was so helpful that it tells you how long the coffee has been brewed. It is also nice that you can select the strength of the coffee for those that like stronger coffee. Very easy to clean up and helpful that the filter is reusable.

My husband and I are really happy with this coffee pot so far. It was super easy to set up out of the box and we brewed a pot the next morning. I really like that the filter is reusable. It is easy to clean the grounds out of and makes clean up easy. I haven't tried the programmable features. Nor is that something we'd probably ever use as we are only weekend coffee pot drinkers. Looks super stylish on our counter top as well.

This coffee maker is easy to use and has all the features that I need. I especially enjoy the pause feature while it’s still brewing so I don’t have to wait until it’s finished to grab a cup. The auto shut off gives me a peace of mind when I’m rushing out the door in the morning and can’t recall if I turned off the maker. You won’t be disappointed with this product! So happy!

I've had this coffee maker now for a couple of months. It replaced the Farberware that I had for about 5 years. The Bella is heads above any coffee maker that I have owned through the years. It's easy to use and clean. Programing is easy. The coffee tastes great. What else can I say.

I bought this coffee maker because it has a large 14-cup carafe as my household drinks a lot of coffee, and we end up making multiple pots in a morning. This coffee maker is capable of making good coffee. I have 2 problems with it: (1) You can't make a full pot of coffee without coffee grounds. If you attempt to make the full 14 cups, or even 12 cups of coffee with a paper filter, the water will overflow during brewing causing coffee grounds to spill over into the coffee. If you instead use the mesh reusable filter that comes with this product, it will not overflow, but you will still end up with the finer coffee grounds mixed in with the brewed coffee. I guess some people like that, but I prefer to filter all of the detectable grounds out of my brew, partially because of the texture, partially because I know that coffee properly filtered with paper is lower in cholesterol which I try to keep down to a minimum. (2) Customer service - As others have stated in the reviews, the customer service is terrible. I wrote to Bella's (Sensio Inc.) customer service asking if 14-cup replacement carafes could be purchased. The response from Sensio did not answer my question. Instead it was, what appeared to be a canned response to a person that had a problem with their product which I did not. I just wanted to know if replacement carafes in case the one that I have eventually breaks. The response stated "We do not have any parts or units available here for sale at the warranty and claims department customer service." I replied back and never received another response. I ended up buying Ninja 12-cup maker which I can't yet review as I don't have any experience with it, but based on what I read, I have high expectations.

I got this coffee pot about two years ago and it still working fantastic it’s flawless and makes great coffee. I will always recommend this to my family or friends to get this coffee pot. I wake up in the morning every single cup taste delicious.

absolutely love this coffee maker. My favorite part is the programming so it brews before we are awake. It is freah and hot and stays hot. It tells you how long the coffee has been brewed. Comes with a reusable filter that is excellent to use. Would definitely recommend this coffee maker

Best coffee maker that I have ever had. Love the way that you can adjust the strength of the coffee, permanent filter and easy to get out to clean. Beeps when coffee is done. I read a lot of reviews on coffee makers and this one was one of the best in the list.

I was extremely happy with my new 14-cup Bella Pro - for two weeks. Then I woke up and found it did not start at 6:30 AM as I had programmed it. I figured it was just a fluke. Two days later it happened again and then the day after I found the clock somehow went from AM to PM and as a result the brewer made a pot of coffee at 6:30 PM instead of 6:30 AM. At this point I had owned the Bella Pro for 20 days. When I went to request an exchange, I was informed I couldn't because it had been more than 15 days. They'd be happy to set me up with an appointment with their Geek Squad to get an estimate for repair or I could call the manufacturer. Well, I certainly didn't want to pay to have it repaired, I had only owned it for three weeks. I tried calling the manufacturer and every time I called I got a recording. I couldn't get to speak to a customer service rep or tech to get help. Needless to say, I am quite unhappy. I have purchased multiple computers, computer accessories, a high grade office chair, and a Microwave Oven from Best Buy in the past. I will NEVER buy anything from them again! NEVER!

After having pretty good service from this coffee maker, for about 6 months or so, she is officially dead. Buttons still light up but no brewing will happen. I've tried cleaning the lines out, and they are not clogged. Could be a sensor or something but is it even worth it to fix? Just buy yourself a $25 programmable from another company with the same features. Biggest gripes prior to it dying? #1 It took many pots of water to get the plastic taste out. So much so, I almost returned it. #2 It's a little of a pain to set the time. You have to unplug it for 20 seconds and reprogram everything. #3 Little handle on the metal filter broke off within a week or two. Pros? #1 It brewed a nice strong cup with the strength setting. #2 It was a good looking coffee maker

Nice looking coffee maker with useful features like brew strength and it lets you know how long it's been since the last pot of coffee finished brewing.

Bella Coffee 14 cup Maker, BELLA Pro Series 14 Bought about eight months ago. This coffee maker made 14 cups a day of superb coffee until yesterday, April 27, 2021. It did not shut off and now refuses to make coffee in any manner. My mistake was to not register my purchase with Bella. The phone call to the help line answered in a tiny voice speaking in a language related only remotely to English. I think she said the 2-year warranty only applies if you have the original receipt. The written instructions say to rewrap the unit and send it in. s: your name, address, daytime contact telephone, number, case number, and description of the problem. Also, include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the tagged product with the sales receipt, and send it (with shipping and insurance prepaid) to SENSIO Inc.’s address. NO SENSIO ADDRESS IS GIVEN! Terribly disappointed. Will replace with another brand.

When you drink a ton of coffee I had to get my hands on Bella Pro Series 14 cup Coffee Maker. Quality is great and the easy to clean.

I’ve been reading a lot of reviews and trying to find a better coffee maker than the one that I had before. I’m really glad I made that decision to get this one, You get what you pay for And paying a little extra goes a long ways. So far so good I’m really happy I made this decision. Bella is a great brand for a coffee maker If you decide to get a coffee maker this is the one five stars.

Huge handle makes it impossible to use your thumb to press the top of the carafe open, also heavy and awkward to hold. 3 of 3 pots were full of tiny grounds because filters aren't made tall enough to fit the huge holder..overall not user friendly, just cumbersome! Being returned tomorrow :/
