    Great coffee maker for a group of people

    I have always wanted a coffee maker that could brew in advanced. This coffee maker is very easy to use and makes great coffee. I also liked how it came with its own filter.

    Makes good coffee but auto-brew stops working

    It makes good coffee but the auto-brew feature stops working, and for a very strange reason. Allow me to paint the picture for you: When the coffee didn't brew one morning, I noticed the coffeemaker displayed the current time as 7:15 PM instead of 7:15 AM. "Strange," I thought. "I must have set the time wrong." So I reset the time correctly to the current time. A few mornings later, the coffee didn't brew again. The coffeemaker displayed proudly that the current time was 7:15 PM when it was, once again, 7:15 AM. "Am I losing my mind?" I pondered. "No, I know I set the time correctly." Suspicious and feeling defeated, I reset the time again. A few mornings after that, the same situation happened a third time. "I knew I wasn't losing my mind!" I thought, feeling vindicated. "The coffeemaker is defective!" In short, the coffeemaker will get stuck on PM and never switch between AM and PM, rendering the auto-brew feature useless. Don't buy.

    It's a great coffeemaker, if you need to make a few cups of coffee in a morning, coffee tastes good and has a nice strong flavor.

    Coffee maker looks and works fantastically but if you by accident drop the carafe there are no available replacements. They don’t even make a replacement That’s bad business and a waist of a beautiful coffee maker

    Quit Working after 7 Months

    Loved it for seven months then it started gaining time on the clock and then died. Lights were on but did not function. Bella jerked me around for eight days and finally said they would refund the purchase price. Coos-en-art that I had previously worked for seven YEARS not seven months. Not happy about short lived Bella. They need to improve quality. I would NEVER buy nor ever recommend a Bella product--- EVER !

    Broken Carafe, no replacement.

    So before I could even get the thing out the box the pot broke and from everything I'm seeing and reading there is no replacement option for the glass carafe. The pot is still in the packaging and never plugged in but is completely worthless to me.

    Item already broken!

    I make coffee everyday! Some times 2 a day! Coffee Maker runs for about 6+ hours a day! Coffee Maker was bought 12-19-17...Coffee maker died 4-19-18....Trying to get it replaced now... Headache!!! Never again!

    This leaks through the front corner where all the buttons are. I haven’t even had it 1 Year yet. Waste.
