Time keeps changing

I reset it and it might last a day so when it comes time for my coffee to make in the morning, it doesn't. I have tried over and over to contact Bella customer service with no response. Very disappointing!

Coffee is great!

The only downfall is the carafe is very thin glass. The first one I ordered came with a broken carafe. My husband pulled it straight up out of the box and the carafe was broke and the pieces fell to the floor and broke in many more pieces. So, he will not touch the new one! I have read many reviews that the carafe was too thin and it is difficult to near impossible to replace so I am very careful with my carafe!!
