Easy to operate and very nice! It doesn’t spill or drip when pouring coffee into the cup like other machines I’ve had. Bought the warranty with it just in case.

18 cups of coffee but it definitely drips without fail when you take out the caraffe.

Extra large coffee Pot, was needed at home and this modle works great. Looks nice and easy to operate. 18 cup capacity. I like how it has a side opening that you can fill with the water.

Worked well - however, way too large for everyday use in a household of 4. Had to return it for that reason.

We absolutely love this coffee pot. No matter what cup size you brew it makes really good coffee. It's nice to brew less through the week and then more on the weekends because we drink more.

This is now the 3rd Bella Pro Series coffee maker that I have purchases. I owneed a 12 cup, 14 cup and now an 18 cup machine and I have loved them all. Reasonable prices and good quality define Bella products.

Bought it as a gift for my mother. Its a decent coffee maker, it is not loud and beeps once its finished making it.

Makes a ton of coffee but wont allow you to reheat.

The coffee maker is good. The only problem is it didn’t come with the stated scooping spoon.

This really is not a bad machine, but there are a few things that need to be said. One is that the machine leaves water in the reservoir, it brews but did does not completely empty the reservoir. Second, you have to set the timer for the hot plate and once it goes off you can not turn it back on.

Works great, I wish there was a reheat option, but does its job

I use to make coffee using a dirty sock (for flavor). Now I use this wonderful coffee maker. But instead of a filter, I still use the dirty sock.

Wanted a coffee pot with tomer so coffee would be ready in am. Works well

This is great coffee maker with the ability to select for 3 different strengths. It has a broad pattern shower head and 1500 watts of energy use. I like the white color display.

It is a great coffee maker, coffee tastes great and has a great capacity, its really useful when my family comes visit.

I was almost going to return this coffee maker. The unit stop brewing coffee and was making the weakest possible coffee I have ever tasted. I was ashamed that I purchased it. Tried to return it and it was a day past return date. I took it back home cleaned it and rinsed it out. It was like a complete different machine. Coffee was strong, and it was hot. The heat plate works perfectly. glad I kept it.

Great machine if it had a button to keep coffee hot longer that would be great. My last machine had one.

My husband and I love this Bella 18 cup coffeemaker. It brews quickly and the coffee tastes great. Another plus, we no longer need to brew two pots of coffee every morning.

This coffee pot is easy to use and program. It's perfect for large gatherings!
