Invest in a better coffee maker. Very glad I didn’t pay full price. It’s supposed to be able to make a small brew of coffee 1-4 cups, but it wouldn’t make any coffee at all unless the water tank was filled for 4 cups. Every time I ran it through a clean cycle, white debris wouldn’t continuously show up no matter how many times I cleaned so that was concerning to think that may have been in my coffee. I conveyed these issues to the manufacturer and the only solution they gave me was for me to cut the cord, send them proof that I did, and they would refund me since they supposedly didn’t have any in stock to send me a new one. If you’re paying full price, there are better coffee makers with the same if not better features. I now have the Ninja drip coffee maker and am satisfied with that.

Once i figured out how to set up timer it was all fun and great coffee from there !! We love it

I was almost going to return this coffee maker. The unit stop brewing coffee and was making the weakest possible coffee I have ever tasted. I was ashamed that I purchased it. Tried to return it and it was a day past return date. I took it back home cleaned it and rinsed it out. It was like a complete different machine. Coffee was strong, and it was hot. The heat plate works perfectly. glad I kept it.

Heat coffee maker. Lots of feature but is simple to use. Hade to upgrade fom a 12 cup to the 18 cup because we drink a lot of coffee. Very pleased with purchase

Got rid of my 10 cup that I’ve had for a few years for this one and this one brews the coffee much faster which is odd because they don’t mention it

Good coffee, and 18 cups in 15 minutes. Easy fill on side water fill, Coffee kept nice and hot. Time pot shuts down is adjustable

first coffee maker that the adjustment levels are really adjustable. can load and be ready in a matter of min. only con water level doesn't quite line up.

Unit works very well and has many features like how old is my coffee. Works great for any size of cups from 1 to 18.

Works as advertised. Makes a BIG (and heavy) pot of good coffee. One drawback if you make one pot after another - coffee maker has to cool down completely before you can start brewing the next pot. Straight out of the box it would not brew; the fix was to set the timer and let it brew the first time; after this we were able to turn it on by pressing brew.

Love this item and so easy to use. I like it so much better than our last coffee maker and makes twice as much.

The buttons are easy to use and the delay for next morning timed brewing is nice. However, the pitcher itself is terrible! When the pot is full you cannot pour the first through next few cups without it spilling all over. We have to pour over our sink and lose precious coffee!! We will be getting a new maker.

Works great and now I don't have to make coffee every day,(I use it for ice coffee). Easy to clean and maintain.

Great coffee maker, finally we have enough coffee for the day! Keeps the pot warm for hours. I even get to take a thermos to work.

I have a Ninja coffee brewer too and this one is almost as good. Only gripe is sometimes the lid will drip some coffee. Love the black stainless steel color though and that compliments my kitchen well.

Easy to use. 18 cups of wonderful coffee. Best overall coffee maker we’ve purchased.
