Desappoint

I called about the warranty and they told me I should contact the manufacturer, I called and they sent me an email with my ticket number and asking for information, of course Iwhich I sent. Then they send another email asking to resend the receipt. Also another email asking to send a short video. Anyway I send the picture and now they ask to video. However, I don't want to spend more time on a warranty that costs me more than the same product. Really desappoint.

Just a coffee maker

Makes a good cup of coffee and brews pretty fast. Coffee grounds splatter all over the inside when brewing. I use 2 paper filters to prevent grounds from getting in my coffee.

The only thing I dont like about it is once it runs it time after brewing which is anywhere between 2 to 4 hours you cant turn it back on to keep it warm. Other than that its a great coffee.maker.
