Nice coffee pot. love the extra size The carafe is hard to clean, as the lid doesn't come off.

Makes a mess when brewing 18 cups. The basket isn’t large enough for enough coffee

For my purposes, this is a good choice. It is kind of a ritual to initially set the clock (just saying, I only use coffee maker to make coffee for guests), so once set, it worked like a charm (and keeping the coffee warm for several hours is a bonus here). The one thing I would say is that cleaning the pot is a bit of a problem (I'd prefer a slightly different design for this), but it can be done with a kitchen scrubber that you can add dishsoap liquid to. As a result, I now have a coffee pot for those times I have guests, and it works.

Excellent size pot. Makes great coffee for such a large capacity. I have not messed around with the strength settings as it usually tastes great on default. The wire filter does stain terribly just after a few brews. I have not been able to completely clean it. I switched to paper filters and they work perfectly. Also reduces the usual residue that makes it to the bottom of each cup with the wire one.

I'm sure it is a great coffee maker, however, it was not for us. The 18 cup is too large and heavy. It also lacks an important feature, once coffee is made and the warmer times out, it cannot be turned back on.

Big capacity and also really fast to produce a full carafe of coffee.

Very good coffee maker. Its fast too. It is a bit messy to clean the filter and water spout but its not that big of a deal for me to spend the extra 3 or 4 minutes cleaning it out. Incredibly robust brews and very good light brews. Morning coffee bliss.

This coffee pot is great. One of the best features is the larger pot. A full 18 cups. Can't go wrong with this.

Love my coffee pot! Works well. Only complaint is that it drips when i pull the carafe out.
