I called Bella directly, which was a difficult task to get someone, and they said they would replace for free, but that they don’t sell the replacement parts, like carafes or filters. I wasn’t looking for free replacements. I’m ok with paying for them, not giving customer the option to buy the crates or filters is annoying.

Very efficient, I like its design and ease of use. This coffee maker is very powerful and super easy to clean. I bought it for my family and they love it. Worth every penny.

It works

All in all it makes a cup of joe and the large capacity is nice for gatherings.

No replacement parts?

I took off one star because there is no way to order another "permanent" filter and since there are no paper filters that fit this machine correctly, that is a HUGE problem.
