The Bella Pro Series - 18-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker is a perfect fit for hosting groups. Using it for our church small-group meeting has been ideal. We have a large family, so it is great for that as well. The extra quantity of coffee, plus the quick-brewing (18 cups in less than 10 minutes), make this a measurable improvement over our previous standard 12-cup coffee maker. Add the included reusable filter and the clear, easy to see, outside water tank, and you've got a great total package. The ability to adjust how long it stays on after brewing, plus being able to program it to start (within 24 hours), makes it even more convenient for a variety of applications. I have no complaints. However, if I were suggesting improvements, I would ask for: 1) a longer cord, and 2) a detachable water tank. Maybe the next version? This is the kind of product that takes something that's a part of your normal routine and brings it to the next level.

Tried 2 of them Would not pump the water all the way out and The heat plate would not stay hot

Why diesnt the coffe stay hot for hrs???? You cant set it to reheat at all !!! I hate this coffee maker!!!

The glass pot was broken, this is the second one I bought the first lasted for year until it started leaking so I bought this new one .

Over the past 40 years I have owned many coffee makers of all brands and types. Without a doubt, this is the best coffee maker I have ever used and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a speedy, high capacity machine.

Extremely disappointed. I unpacked the coffee maker and the heat plate and base of the coffee maker were broken.

this machine is a very big part of the beginning of the day here, the large capacity is helpful as we have a staff of workers here, it is a very nice machine that we can count on from day to day, thank you

The coffee maker is great. Overall not a single complaint. All the features are great and easy to use. It looks nice and is very sturdy. It doesn't feel cheaply made. All the parts appear to be very well made. Super easy to program and use. This is by far the best coffee maker I've had.

I’ve had the standard 12 cup coffee maker for years and it’s a bit frustrating because I always end up having to make another pot or sometimes even 2 more pots if we’re entertaining or hosting guests. This solves that problem and is exactly what I’ve been missing! 18 cups is the perfect amount for those of us who drink from a 12-16 oz travel mug or those of us who host holidays and entertain often. The only bad thing is I wish I would have got this a few years ago.

easy to use, looks great, perfect size, large pot

Great coffee make, don't have to refill and brew more in the morning now. Easy to clean, the only problem is finding an extra filter, 8-12 cups is standard and I have not been able to find an 18-cup filter yet. The one that came with it may last as long the coffee maker, I hope!!

This coffee maker is beautiful on my cabinet. It makes great coffee, and I can set it up the night before and wake up to some delicious brew! The build quality is very nice, it is definitely not a run of the mill cheap appliance you find at the local discount store. The pot itself is very sturdy, and I don't worry about breaking it like I have with so many others. Overall this setup is worth the price and I highly recommend it!

Really impressed with this coffee maker. You can make a lot of coffee, up to 18 cups, for parties or those really busy and stressful work mornings very quickly. Within about 10 minutes you’ll have a full pot. For those more normal days where you may not want to make as much, you can use the setting that is specifically there to brew between 1 and 4 cups. Since I like my coffee a bit stronger than my wife, we can make smaller amounts for ourselves using the strength selector which is really handy. I simply move anything that wasn’t already drank but still hot into a carafe that we have to keep it warm and close to my desk. This frees it up for my wife to make hers. A helpful feature for us is the auto shut off which can be set from 30 minutes to 4 hours. The specific setting will be each person’s preference but we typically set it to shut off at 2 hours so nothing tastes burnt. Typically, I start meetings pretty early so setting up the timer to brew for me in the morning comes in very handy. You can set it up to 24 hours in advance so it’s ready when you are. It comes with a reusable filter basket and coffee scoop so you don’t need to buy anything to use it except the coffee. There is a clean cycle that you can run as needed should you discover the taste of your brew has changed a bit. Finally, the coffee maker itself looks nice and matches our other stainless appliances. It is a touch wider than some of the ones out there due to how the water tank is placed but overall, I would buy this again and certainly recommend to others.

I am in love with this coffee machine! I have been using it daily since I purchased it. I use it making tea and coffee and I found it very convenient. I am also satisfied with the size, great purchase!

Works Great. I got it for just an at home purchase and does everything I need. I tend to put a filter in it to make it easier to clean as well.

This is the best coffee pot we have ever had! The price was unbeatable for a coffee maker this size! It brews fast and we always have enough coffee.
