One the best coffee makers ive ever used i use it all the time

Another good quality product from Bella. Only complaint is approximately 1/2tsp of water leaks into the carafe when put in place for brewing. We prefer our previous Bella but had an accident breaking the carafe, unfortunately it was discontinued.

Great product, makes coffee really fast. Only reason gave 4 star, is because it arrived with dents on the front. Not sure why, because the packaging was great, lots of padding.

This is a beautiful coffee maker, that makes enough coffee for everyone, however if any parts break, its just too bad. There are no replacement oarts available. I contacted the company, Bella, and they said they do not make replacemiparts and to try to find it through third party sellers. Thats fine and dandy, however, this is an 18 cup put and there aren't parts available for that. Its a shame. Now i have to get a new coffee pot.

I have been so pleased with this purchase. This is the first coffee maker I have owned in the past 4 decades that has been 100% drip free when pouring from the carafe into a coffee cup. I have owned automatic drip coffee makers... Krups, Braun, Cuisinart, Kenmore, Breville and the Bella Pro Series beats them all. The Bella is well designed, the volume of the carafe is a near guarantee that you'll never run out of coffee, and the brewed coffee tastes just as flavorful as any of the competitors.

Love this pot. Only thing is after brewing can't turn hot plate back on. So I use warmer on stove. Still love this pot. ☺

Love the 18 cup capacity and price that's why I gave it four stars! Only thing I don't like is the coffee grounds don't stay completely in the basket or I would of given it five stars!!

Worked ok for about a month.. then the brew button stopped working..no problem, i can program it... well that speed working a week later! Contacted the manufacturer, because Best Buy will only warranty it for 2 weeks, and after waiting for a replacement for 2 weeks now they're saying it's out of stock...not impressed at all
