Easy to use. 18 cups of wonderful coffee. Best overall coffee maker we’ve purchased.

This is a great coffee maker it is easy to use easy to program and brew excellent tasting coffee.

There are things I like about the coffee maker, but not sure it is worth $99. Makes a good cup of coffee and brews pretty fast. Coffee grounds splatter all over the inside when brewing. I use 2 paper filters to prevent grounds from getting in my coffee.

I bought one in November 2022 and it broke down in February 2023. I called about the warranty and they told me I should contact the manufacturer, I called and they sent me an email with my ticket number and asking for information, of course Iwhich I sent. Then they send another email asking to resend the receipt. Also another email asking to send a short video. Anyway I send the picture and now they ask to video. However, I don't want to spend more time on a warranty that costs me more than the same product. Really desappoint.

Great coffee maker. The only thing I dont like about it is once it runs it time after brewing which is anywhere between 2 to 4 hours you cant turn it back on to keep it warm. Other than that its a great coffee.maker.

Not really a coffee drinker but was too good a deal to pass. I will give it out as a gift.

It fits the needs of a larger family, timers easy to set, & you can set the brew strength. Overall I am indeed pleased.

Have only had the product for a short time but I am thrilled with the performance. Was able to snag this on a daily deal and I couldn’t be happier. Brews a quality pot of coffee (you can select the brew strength) quickly. No grounds overflowing and leaking into my pot of coffee. Whether you are a coffee aficionado or just need your morning joe, this is the right coffee maker for you

Invest in a better coffee maker. Very glad I didn’t pay full price. It’s supposed to be able to make a small brew of coffee 1-4 cups, but it wouldn’t make any coffee at all unless the water tank was filled for 4 cups. Every time I ran it through a clean cycle, white debris wouldn’t continuously show up no matter how many times I cleaned so that was concerning to think that may have been in my coffee. I conveyed these issues to the manufacturer and the only solution they gave me was for me to cut the cord, send them proof that I did, and they would refund me since they supposedly didn’t have any in stock to send me a new one. If you’re paying full price, there are better coffee makers with the same if not better features. I now have the Ninja drip coffee maker and am satisfied with that.
