Works fantastic, I only wish it allowed you to fill up the water holder & pick how many cups to brew. Still great purchase.

18 cups is a big plus

The thing I don't like is the water holder does not come off so it is hard to clean. Seems like the grounds get in there and it is hard to get them out.

Only draw back is you can’t keep coffee warm for more then the max of 4 hours. For someone who keeps coffee warm all day this doesn’t work

Love this coffee maker!!!

And still has a programmable auto brew too!! 3) brews 18 cups in about 12 minutes, really, a little less. Love this coffee pot!!

Great For 18-Cups and More

This way if I need to make more coffee, I can add it to an existing pot. Just replace the grounds, and add more water. Only drawback is the unique filter size, you must use the screen supplied.

No more instant coffee for me!

Since the wife and I both work from home, we would fight over the coffee pot. I would end up not wanting to make another pot and drink instant. With this, we both get our fill, and pairing it with a grinder that can give me all 18 cups in one go makes it a good morning!
