This was a new brand coffee maker for me and I am very happy with my choice! We drink a lot of coffee and the 18 cup capacity is perfect for us. The brewing time is quick and we enjoy the 4 hour on capability. Best Buy’s selection and products made my choice easier.

Been using this for about 2 weeks & coildnt be happier. Really enjoying the feature where the coffee maker can be programmed to make coffee in the morning when we wake up! Nothing like waking up to freshly brewed coffee! Easy clean up too

This coffee make is big but it is also a big mistake. I followed the instructions to the letter while setting this up. I brewed my first full pot of coffee using the brew program time. After the warming timer automatically turned off, there is no way to turn the warmer back on without adding enough water to the reservoir to some unmarked minimum water level. Bella customer service was no help. Will not buy another Bella product. Returning this thing ASAP.

Great coffee pot but it stops working after a few months

18 cups of coffee is great. We make 2 pots daily. But you can’t reheat leftover coffee. You have to make another pot. So I return the coffee maker.

Nice coffee maker, good value. Wait for it to go on sale.

I love the coffee pot !!! But I will be returning it for the 3rd time because , the water in the reservoir will not empty out completely which could cause a health issue. If it weren't for that I would give it a 10 and would recommend it. I called customer support they said that it is a defect and that they would get back with me to see if something I could do to fix it but they never got back with me so I'm going to return it before its too late. Sorry for that reason I can not recommend this coffee maker!!

Unfortunately, my machine had a defect. I was so bum!!

I liked the coffee pot it makes coffee really good not a problem but the cafe is too thin and glass breaks easily and they do not have replacements

18 Cups is huge and the reason why I had initially purchased this coffee maker. The number of options on the machine making even simple brewing tasteful. Additionally, the pot has individual marking for both water and coffee which is extremely helpful if one is not making a full pot.

Love my coffee maker! The large cup helps around the holidays when there's a crowd. Highly recommend this coffee maker.

Not a washable carafe. That’s been very disappointing. extremely hot warming plate, could cause a fire even.

I was waiting to buy a ninja coffee machine. But came across this one and went for it. No disappointments at all.

If you find yourself making extra coffee every morning, this is the pot you need! We have three coffee drinkers in our house, and most mornings we're in the kitchen making a second pot before we all leave for work. The 18 cup capacity is enough for all of us to have our third (or fourth!) cup without brewing a second pot. It's attractive and easy to use, and it makes great coffee, especially when the Bold coffee option is selected. It's easy to program and not only can you set the timer to have fresh coffee when you wake up, you can adjust the heating element to stay on for up to four hours to keep your coffee hot. The pot isn't small by any means, but considering the huge capacity, it doesn't take up as much room as I expected. If for some reason you don't need to brew 18 cups, there's a selector to brew small amounts while still getting the taste of a full pot. I'm very happy with this coffee maker and it's earned its place on my counter.
