2 weeks in and i can’t ask gor anything else. The reusable filter is excellent easy to clean. Machine beeps when coffee is ready and starts a timer to let you know how long it been since.

This thing is so nice! I bought it for a friend who then died. It is in the attic because the return window closed in about a week so I’m stuck with it. I already have a really nice coffee maker so I am going to gift it to someone else at Christmas.

The programming worked okay. It was the carafe that didn’t last longer than 2 months.

This is one big coffee pot. The maker itself is about the size of most other coffee makers, but the pot is a full 18 cups. Eighteen...this is one big coffee pot. The construction is great. There is a coffee scoop on the back. The display is big enough to read before the first cup. Programming is simple, my sister-in-law even figured it out without the book nor training. If you knew her, this is a major accomplishment She is the least technical person I or anyone has ever met. I hope she does not read this, but she would agree. The coffee can be set to 3 different strengths for the brew. The filter is well designed and is obvious this will last a while without the need to replace. There is a timer that displays how long since the pot was brewed. Really I can not think of anything that was overlooked with this maker. Overall, great coffee maker.

I bought the coffee maker and 32 days later the button to turn it on and off will not work, not worth the money it’s a few days later so I can’t return it I have to go thru manufacturer, big hassle for something that should work corr3 toy for more then 30 days

I got my coffe maker with the carafe lid broken so what suposse to do

I got this one because it makes a lot of coffee. Like that it came with reusable filter. Easy to program.

This does not make coffee very well. It is weak and feels watered down. It also does not keep it very warm. We tried this for a year before leaving this review.

We drink a lot of coffee around here. This coffee maker is one of the best ones I have ever used, smooth flavor, we are extremely happy with this purchase!!

You can’t replace the carafe. Had the unit for about three months when the carafe started leaking. Tried to get a replacement and they won’t help since it’s only 60 day warranty and can’t purchase replacement carafe so the unit is useless

Nice large carafe is necessary for our household. Having a child under one year old, much caffeine is need to survive the grueling day.

Very nice, although it is a tall machine, make sure you have the counter space and the height below your cabinets and it should have come with disposable coffee filters as they are not your go to size

Had to return because my wife said too big and took up too much counter space.

I previously had a coffee maker from the competition and there is certainly a difference.

Coffee does not get hot. When you want to brew a fresh pot of coffee you have to either turn the coffee maker off and then back on or unplug it. Coffee grinds are in the bottom of the coffee pot after brewing.

It’s so great and saves your ground coffee because if you select strong option you can put half the amount of frond coffee and still get great coffee

Its a great coffee maker. Cept when you need to file a claim on the warranty through the Manufacterer. I have waited almost 2 months for a response to get it taken care of... Nothing

Fast and good coffee. Works great and simple to use. Only downside is it won't warm the coffee after in turns off.

Stopped working after less than a year. Warranty process is a huge pain as they require video evidence of... the coffee maker sitting there not making coffee.
