I got this for my mom as a christmas gift and she loved it!

I would say the best feature of this is the availabe 18 pots of coffee available when you need it. I've had single serve coffee pots and pretty soon I was buying another coffee pot just for the the guests... then, like my parents had I was even considering buying a second pot to store in the garage just for company... this splits the difference, there is more than enough room in the pot for all but the largest family gatherings. Not only that it actually has everything you look for in a good coffee pot. The pot lid stays attached to the pot and it is designed to use the pot to fill the water reservoir which is really easy to access. The filter area also lifts up and stays up nicely. There is a measure spoon on the back of the coffee maker which really makes zero sense for access but it's there I guess. The strength setting has four options 1-4 cups, 1 bean, 2 beans, and 3 beans. Programming the time was a piece of cake and one cool feature that I have never had on a coffee pot is the time since it was brewed. I wouldn't say that is a required feature for home use but if you are having a large gathering at some point (usually this time of the year we are planning on family invading for a few days) I can see this feature being really useful as I might not be the only one making coffee. The stay warm feature stays on for almost 2 hours after a brew (and the timer) . It is almost all stainless steel which goes nicely in our kitchen. Size wise it is a little larger than normal, my coffee can doesn't fit on the pull out tray fully with coffee pot but it isn't too large. Pros: -Brews 18 cups -has a measuring cup -Time since Brew -Multiple Strength settings including a small pot setting -programmable -easy to use -easy access to filter and water reservoir Cons: -Measuring spoon is on back and therefore almost unusable. -larger than a normal coffee pot

Did not even make it to its two year warranty. I will be requesting a replacement. Pucrchased Oct 7th 2021 and died Sept 25th 2023.

Works well but arrived with broken plastic that is attached to the hot plate and didnt notice until it was unpacked and set up a week later. Still works. The glass crafe is also very heavy with even just 12 cups of coffee in it

Bought for my wife for Christmas. Didn't open it until February. The water doesn't completely drain which can be unsanitary. Definitely would not recommend this product.
