I have never seen an 18 cup coffee maker before and man was I surprised how big the carafe was. If you are a heavy coffee drinker or have lots of people, this is the one to get. In the box: You’ll get the drip coffee maker. It feels really high quality with heavy duty plastic and stainless steel. The glass carafe, which is huge. A reusable cone style filter, which is great for not having to buy paper filters. And lastly a measuring scoop. Setup and use: Setting up is pretty straightforward. Plug it in, set the time and you’re good to go. You can also set the program feature for a delay just by pressing the program button and setting the delay brew time. Using the coffee maker is easy, pour in the water,. The carafe actually has water lines to show you how much water to pour in for how every many cups you want. Then select the brew strength, it actually does change the strength which surprised me and let it brew. The taste: This coffee maker does a great job not burning the coffee, the warmer keeps the coffee hot without making the coffee taste bad. If you’ve had drip coffee then you’ll know what this tastes like. Overall, this is a big drip coffee maker, if you have a good spot for it and want to drink tons of coffee this is a good option for you!

Very fast delivery Very happy with price and product

In my household everyone drinks coffee and we all wake up at around the same time. So any given morning we usually make about two pots of coffee. With this 18 cup Bella pro coffee maker we are now down to one giant pot a day. I love it because, most times, I had to make both pots.Also, for people that don't need as much coffee, don't worry, you aren't locked into a full 18 cup pot. it gives you the option to brew less. Other things I liked are that the setup was easy, controls were simple to use and it brews quickly. The coffee it brewed was full flavored, tasted great and stayed warm until I got to it.=-)   The only cons I found with it is that it is a large machine. It's almost twice the size of my previous coffee maker. Also the water tank is not removable. I recommend this for anyone with a large family of coffee drinkers.

Steams into water tank causing mold. Not covered by totaltech so 3 months later, im buying a different one.

why a machine as big as these keeps the coffee hot onky for 4 hours. after that getting coffe cold. someone explain to me it's crazy

nice and easy to load up with water and clean. brews quick. however, it LEAKS water, not coffee, water. from the back left under where the coffee drips out. the coffee basket does not make a good seal inside the machine and you HAVE to position the pitcher at the right angle to catch the extra water that drips out otherwise you get a mess. unfortunately by the time i noticed i'm out of the return window.

Did not heat the coffee enough for me. Also did not keep the heat constant after brewing. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I returned it after just 3 days.

The coffee pot stains easy and will not scrub off. The rest of it works fine

Great idea, looks nice, makes a decent cup of coffee.... BUT... the basket is too small to hold grounds (plus the hot water) for 18 cups, grounds end up everywhere when you make just 14-16 cups. Doesn't disassemble easily, so it's really a pain to clean, including the lid. Bought for a summer home with lots of guests, but may be more headache than it's worth.

 No programmable features.  Cannot use a filter with this machine. 

This thing won’t brew out of the box, no wonder it was the deal of the day.

The only thing I dislike about this coffeemaker is the basket. It does not take a coffee filter so the grounds splatter all over when brewing. This leave leaves many grounds in the serving pot and splattered all over the inside of the brewing chamber, This makes for hard clean ups and coffee grounds in the drain where they never should be.

It didnt work. Did not move water from tank to pot, nor heat it.

Or in our case enough coffee for my one 94 year old grandfather who loooves to drink coffee haha. He drinks nothing but coffee so this 18 cup coffee maker has been a godsend so he doesn't have to keep making multiple cups of coffee a day. It looks great with stainless steel aesthetics. Nice bright led clock on the front. Easy and simple push button functionality. All in all it makes a greaat cup of joe! Easy to clean, and of course huge capacity. They've eliminated the hassle of having to use paper filters . It has a cleaning cycle as well . Clean and concise and would highly recommend this to others who have a voracious appetite for coffee or need a high capacity over a period of time
