Shortly after purchase the unit broke. Specifically, the brew basket. Sent an email to the manufacturer and got the following response: "At this time, we do not sell spare parts separate to the unit. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause." But at your own risk and hope no part ever fails or you'll have to buy an entirely new unit.

Great coffeemaker but unfortunately I could not replace the carafe after I broke, Bella Pro does not make replacement parts.. told me to google search for some one who might have one. Don’t buy!!

This unit is very well made and easy to use. The timer works great for having a cup of coffee ready first thing in the morning. It has a large water capacity and can have plenty of coffee ready in no time. The only issue I have found is that it does not work very well making less than 4 cups at time, so you may want to go with a smaller unit if you only want a few cups at a time. If you are making for the office, it works great and the pot keeps the coffee warm for a long time.

PROS: - So much coffee! - Easy to clean - Easy to setup scheduled brewing - Takes up less space than I expected CONS: - I wish the power cord was longer -- SETUP -- You really don't need to put anything together, since the water reservoir is permanently attached to the coffee maker. After taking the coffee maker out of the box, you just need to use some soap and water to clean the re-usable filter and carafe, then fill the reservoir with water and run it two times. After that, you're ready to start making the sweet nectar of the gods. -- DAILY USE -- You can either prepare the night before using the programming feature, or just brew coffee whenever you need it. Running on brewing schedule really makes life easier in the morning, so that's how I have mine setup right now. After setting the the time when you first plug in the coffee maker, you can use the "Program" button to set what time you want your coffee to start in the mornings. From there, it's just as simple as cleaning+filling the filter with your grounds of choice, filling the water reservoir, and hoping the power doesn't go out while you're asleep. With everyone working/studying from home, it's nice to be able to make a large pot of coffee once in the morning and there's enough for everyone to have at least one cup of coffee in the morning. Once having guests over is safe again, this 18-cup maker will really shine! -- MAINTENANCE -- There's no special solution to buy from Bella. Once you have the little indicator showing it's time to clean the coffee maker, you can use a mixture of water and vinegar in the water reservoir and press the "clean" button on the coffee maker. Once it's done, just fill the water reservoir with water and run "Brew" a couple times to avoid having any vinegar in your next cup of coffee. -- BOTTOM LINE -- If you're looking for a simple and easy to use coffee maker, or looking to buy one for a friend/loved one, this one is worth checking out. I love the high capacity and ease of use, with my only real "complaint" is that I wish the power cord was a little longer (this might not be an issue for you, depending on your kitchen layout).

Slow to perk. Drips as you remove craft. Craft dribbles as you pour. Would be better served to buy a used coffee maker from Goodwill.

Here’s my issue - 3 days after purchasing, we broke the carafe and here it is two months later and I can’t get a replacement anywhere. Best Buy doesn’t have one, the manufacturer doesn’t sell them and directed me to Amazon. They are no where to be found there either. Frustrating to say the least.

Works good. Stopped using it already because once it reaches the end of the timer you can’t turn it back on to keep it hot.

Works great but once the keep warm time expires, you're done! You CANNOT turn it back on. You'll be microwaving your coffee after that. Whoever designed that into the coffee maker should be immediately fired. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. You have to unplug the machine and let the plate cool, then you actually have to make a new pot again if you want hot coffee. This is our 3rd Bella coffee maker, the other 2 were capable of being turned on after the warm time expired. This new one is a piece of junk and waste of money

We unfortunately returned this coffee maker within days of purchase. It is loud, it takes forever to brew coffee and it is an extremely large coffee maker. Also, there’s quite a bit of steam that comes out of the top so if you have cabinets above it with lights underneath I would not recommend it. Better note, we love Best Buy and everything else that we have purchased from them!

Received on Jan 4 2022, today May 30 2022 it stopped brewing. This coffee maker is used for 1 pot a day and cleaned per the manufacturer recommendations. Called Best Buy and they won't honor the warranty and referred me to the manufacturer. I will never purchase from Best Buy again for this!

I unfortunately had to return it. When I did the initially cleaning run it leaked a lot of water from the bottom. I have yet to buy a replacement. I’m sure I was just a one-off mistake, but sucked nonetheless. I will not recommend it yet until I buy a new one.

Not very well made. Hot plate wasn’t installed properly. Can’t turn pot back on for reheat.

Entirely disappointed with this coffee maker. Was looking forward to a large quantity coffee maker but quickly was turned to disappointment and frustration when I realized that there is not functionality to keep the coffee warm

this coffee maker is a piece of junk.Of course, after the 60 days it stopped making the full amount of coffee. we have to start it 4 or 5 different times in order to get a full pot of coffee

Simply put, this is great for a big family or office. Don't need to annoyingly make 2-3 cups at a time. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy, great tasting coffee! Highly recommended.

Similar in design to the newest line of coffee makers, The Bella Pro 18 improves on the best aspects. My favorite so far is the extra large carafe. It allows for up to 18 cups of coffee in one batch. To me this alone makes it a buy. Who drinks one cup of coffee? The reusable filter makes paper filters a non-issue (thus saving you money over time), and simplifies clean up. Set up is a breeze and I was able to start brewing in less than 5 minutes. The set delay timer works great and I always have my coffee waiting for me when I roll out of bed. If I forget to set it, the system is still fast and i am able to brew about 5 cups in around 3 minutes. If you often entertain or work nights this is the coffee machine you need!

Loving this coffee maker. Easy set up, doesn’t take up a lot of space. Programming was simple. I drink coffee every morning, quick and easy. I usually only make enough for one cup, but my family has been getting used drinking coffee since we got this coffee maker. Making a whole pot in minutes. Automatic shut off is a great feature. If you drink coffee often, this is great coffee maker.

Complete waste of money. I got this as a gift and it was leaking water. Since it was 3 days past the return date, I’m stuck with it!

A self-cleaning mode, That's a selling point in and of itself right there, but it's also stainless steel and it goes really well with a stainless steel kitchen. You can program it to brew 24 hours in advance, the filters are easily disposable they're not all yucky like on classic coffee makers, you just got about a good stuff to go with it. I prefer a nice dry imported Colombian. But this is a fantastic coffee maker. Be sure to pick one up as soon as possible.

Coffee maker was great. I only got to use it for 3 months though because THE CARAFE BROKE AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THREE WEEKS UNSUCCESSFULLY TO GET A REPLACEMENT CARAFE! Best Buy sucks.
