    It's more like a air oven or baker, not a fryer. But it still became my favorite. Really light weight and easy to use and clean. Only have some plastic odor for one week. Cooks food faster than my oven. I absolutely use it for everyday. The only thing I don't like is the rubber ring on the crispy pan. Overall, it worths the sale price.
