Started randomly shutting off then latch on basket wouldn't catch most of the time. It's now completely stopped working 1 day after the return window . I've only had it 15 days and its going in the trash.

Missing Major Component

Never used the product because a critical component was missing (crisper frying tray). Never turned the unit on because of missing part so could not make a 'use' assessment. This was a major miss from my perspective. Deal of the Day purchase. Returned within the Best Buy window. Recommendation: Check the box before BB's return window closes.
