Missing Major Component

Never used the product because a critical component was missing (crisper frying tray). Never turned the unit on because of missing part so could not make a 'use' assessment. This was a major miss from my perspective. Deal of the Day purchase. Returned within the Best Buy window. Recommendation: Check the box before BB's return window closes.

Defective product

It was a gift and when i took it to my family abroad it wouldn't cur on.. reached out to store and it passed the return status and told Me to take it to a repair place but it cost more then what i paid for it. This product has a 0 star from me.

JUNK.... JUNK.... JUNK - Short return period.

Gave to Mom on Mother's Day and within one week, it no longer heats the food. JUNK!!! AND... the return window of 30 days is OVER, so I am stuck with this piece of junk.

Just a little more quality control would help

The three beeps it makes when it is finished are so quite you need to be standing right next to it to hear them. Other than that it's great for small amounts of food. The touch screen woks well, also.
