It works fine but the basket isn't good for reheating pizza. Be very careful with storing. Any slight drop and parts will come loose inside making funny noises.

Works fine. I follow the instruction and toss the food half way through and my fried food turned out fine. The only issue is that it still smells like plastic after a few weeks of use.

Nice product but……..I must warn you that the plate that fits about an inch from the bottom has three small rubber grommets that are suppose to make it snug in place. Unfortunately, they come off easily, split and end up in your food. If I wasn’t paying attention eating the fries I made tonight, I would have swallowed the rubber piece. I took them off and through them away before I did eat any more food made in this thing. That piece also slides out when you empty food into a dish, and if your not careful, it is very hot and you could burn yourself badly. The Bella company should make this piece solid and offer a free replacement.

It does the job and quite easy to operate & clean.

I've used bigger different styled Air Fryers before. Bought this smaller Air Fryer for just myself, on sale for $20. At first it worked great! Then the basket started to get harder to insert and now it's not connecting to turn the power on. You have to move it around to get power and then hold it while it cooks or it will shut off. Today was the last date for returns and the closet store is about 2hrs away because a tornado destroyed ours around 2yrs ago. So not sure if I'll be able to get help with it or not. Glad it was on sale

So recently I got an air fryer, it was a bigger one. Bigger isn’t always better especially when you’re the only one cooking and cleaning. In comes this pint sized beast that will absolutely change the way you cook. I’ve made fried everything up to this point. It doesn’t take that much longer than a microwave and the food is so much better and crispier. That detail alone should be the reason anyone purchases this unit. Set up again is simple as with any air fryer. The controls are touch and setup begins as soon as it’s plugged in. Just set the temperature and time to your desired liking. I’ve found that when you read instructions on frozen food, it’s a good rule of thumb to set the values around the same. I do a couple more minutes vs deep frying time. Haven’t missed and no cold spots. Now as to why this saved me during Covid, I hate eating out and have so because after so many home cooked meals, you sort of get tired and can’t figure out what to cook anymore. This thing seriously opened up a whole new set-it-and-forget-it cookbook. I am honestly happy.
