Started out great. Used it a couple times, all was good, now it doesn't want to turn on when I put the basket in. I've only had it about 7 weeks.

I wanted to love this. I just don’t. Maybe the size of the basket is too small or it doesn’t have enough power. The food is not cook evenly and it doesn’t get very crisp. I had high hopes for this.

It was absolutely great! Had it for exactly one year a few days ago ! I just used it last night and went to use it this afternoon and now it will not come on!!

Quality air fryer,. Does a great job in quick prep meals without the mess of cooking oil.. my salmon is the best without all hassle.. it’s a godsend.

It’s aluminum coated so please stay away from product if you’re trying to be heavy metal free

Too small we bought these air fryer thinking for cooking small amount of food, but it’s too small you can fit only two portions of food for two people!

It’s an OK air fryer for the price, problem is mine went out only after four months you have to use it at its default temp don’t run it any higher than that or you burn out the motor

It started to deform in 2 weeks. Unable to use it anymore. The food container wont go back in.

Had this for just over a month and it won't turn on now.

Works good as a air fryer, looks good, small and convenient ... BUT ... poor quality and bad durability!! Used once and the metal is scratching off of the basket. ALSO, the rubber stoppers to hold the basket in place are ripped and no longer hold up the plate (as others have mentioned unfortunately). Touch screen is a cool feature! I really liked this product, until I actually used it. It looks great and it was a great price ... unfortunately not a great product.

Didnt last very long. Just suddenly stopped working.

I purchased this item when it was one sale and it worked well for approximately 14 days, and then whenever I would plug it in it would shut off immediately. BB sent me a replace which stopped working in 3 DAYS this time. I returned it and just went with a ninja….just sad this one didn’t work out because it’s the perfect size!!

The paint is not good and the pieces are very fragile, the first time I dropped the lid it broke

I received a used product. There are even some oil and spice stains on the layer.

Saw this item on deal of the day, at that time it seemed to be a great deal, but I found a better deal with a black Friday sale.

The item was used twice and now doesn’t work. Daughter very disappointed.

Haven’t used it been meaning ti return it! I opened it and inside the teflon is chipped or peeling, so i dont want to use it like that just haven’t had time to take it back i work nights so its a struggle to get up early enough to take it back But definitely is cute its small

Stopped working after day 20 or so. It was short circuiting when we first got it when we'd insert the drawer and thought it was normal but now it won't turn on at all. We thought we had to jiggle the drawer to get it to turn on but turns out it's just terribly made. You get what you pay for. Super disappointing and hoping the warranty covers it. I recommend spending a little more otherwise you'll get a piece of plastic that doesn't work. Best Buy wouldn't take it back on day 20 so having to work with Bella Pro to try and get it replaced. At least the rep acknowledged they knew what the issue is so fingers crossed it gets fixed.

i don't like the bella brand as due to the door not latching right.

Pretty small but gets the job done. I enjoy air fryers so bought it as a gift for my best friend
