Poor quality product. Have used multiple times and food still tastes of an “electrical fire” taste and smell. Best Buy won’t assist in returns after 15 days but there’ll remind you to become an elite member for special treatment of extended return times. Save your money on this product. Also purchase from friendlier sources such as target, Walmart, Amazon etc.

It is really nice but it was too small for my family

Works fine, but 2 quarts is too small. I should have gotten a bigger one.

Used one time and the fryer was so hot couldn’t touch the sides. After removing basket and shaking contents it would not start again. I let it cool and tried starting again but no lights. Appears it burned out. Sent couple emails and receipt to Bella and received auto response working on emails. Nothing for over a week. I wouldn’t waste your money. Fortunately didn’t loose lot of money because the fryer was deal of the day for $20.

I tried making fried potatoes, it took forever and they still werent quite done.

To small could only fit 2 wings, prolly great for a single person.

I love love love this little guy. Can u say crunch? I normally HATE frying food and try to avoid it at all costs BUT, I have french fry, chicken nugget and fish lovers who must have it fried. I look forward to a future of frying and not getting burned any longer. Always got burned from flying oil and my eyes would always feel the intense heat from the oil. This little guy certainly packs a punch! Crispy fries in just about 15-20 min, depends on the quantity you place in the basket. First I tried a small amount and thin and they were super crunchy. They were a hit as soon as they made it into the hands of everyone around the plate. Then I made a larger batch, both times with organic potatoes and the larger batch required longer cook time and some fries needed to be separated out to continue to be cooked while the rest were surely done. Not a big deal. This batch was also cut thicker as I’m trying to gauge what works best. Use pot holders to remove the basket and replace, as you need to shake the food in the basket periodically (here’s a chart in a pamphlet with details) to allow for even cooking. Green plantains, spanish style called, tostones were also cooked as well as sweet ones. Again, I found using the air fryer to be my friend and not my enemy as is the case with traditional frying. Time was saved, food was cooked properly and safety precautions were in place since it uses a minimal amount of oil and it’s sealed while cooking so no splattering of oil. Usually chicken nuggets have to placed on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil but with the air fryer, you can go from basket to plate and not leave a puddle of oil on the plate. This small appliance is exactly what our family needed to allow multi family members to have access to safe cooking. Easy to clean and put away. It’s touch operated, so when you plug it in, the function keys will light up and be displayed. The sound of the air is minimal and rather quiet.

Works pretty well! I love to make quick meals for the family

We had two of them in less than a month. The handle broke on the first one, and we had to return it. It was used probably less than 10 times. We returned it and got a second one. The switch which turns it on when you insert the pan back, stopped working after 2 weeks, and less than 10 uses. Returned it and we'll get a different brand.

Too small. The coil being close the food gets burnt

It a good air fryer in it class. It get the job done.
