I'm glad I got the Geek Squad Protection. Within a month of having it the drawer is having a hard time registering when it closes. I am already having to take it back to the store to get looked at.

The air fryer does an ok job of cooking, but on the first use, I realized that one of the silicone bumpers that holds the rack in place was broken. I spent over 30 minutes with an representative on chat to find out that after 15 days they won't do anything!

Good, but it was damaged after 3 weeks of use, it no longer turned on, I had to hit the door against something, otherwise it didn't work. I bought 3 and already returned 2...

This was way to small. I couldn't fit large chicken strips in the small round basket. It also had the new electrical smell that was pungent. I returned it and got a bigger one.

It worked well until the basket did not want to register being inserted. The air fryer will not turn on if the basket is not inside. I wiggled it and it finally turned on, then after I let go of the handle, it turned off again. I have heard this is an issue with this brand from online research after googling it. Unfortunately it is past the return window. Save your money and use it towards a high quality air fryer.

VERY DISSAPOINTED! I thought this would allow me to enjoy some foods without all the fat. It worked great the first time, but will not come on again. Back to oven large oven roasting the very next day! I would give this a negative rating if it were possible.

It's too small. I've only used in once, and now it's sitting in my closet. I could barely fit two porkchops in it. Maybe I should have gotten a bigger one....

Bought 2. Only one works. Very disappointed at the moment. Best buy rep said to call manufacturer, manufacturer tells me to contact Best Buy. Very frustrated.

Surface is hot to touch after use. Unavoidable to touch after food is finished cooking due to the fact the pot is not easily removable.

I would say that the picture is deceiving! I liked it coz it said matte. Like why not? But when I received it- the packaging was bad!! Well I got it cheap so what do I expect. I’ve been busy at work and have no time to write a review but whoever will check on this! Don’t buy it please! It’s too small.

I have this one at work but It’s so small it over heats very easy, I have a bigger one and never have this problem.

This airfryer is great for use in places with limited space like a dorm or apartment. Cooking is consistent and everything cooks perfectly. The touchscreen is a very nice addition to the over-all ease of use. Setup time was 5 min and cleanup time was even less! Highly recommended this unit!

Stopped working after 2 weeks with minimum use not sure why

Was initially attracted to this model because if it’s price. Unfortunately, I had problems with this product after the first use. The rubber bumpers that keep the cooking area slightly raised fell apart immediately. Ending up returning and buying a different brand.

it worked only for 6 months.one day suddenly the touchscreen went crazy ,the timer, temperature all numbers running automatically and went higher and higher .if you want to stop it will not work ,you have to unplug it.

Not like my other machine. U have to keep reset over & over until it’s done

This could be a very good air fryer, but the construction quality is terrible. I'm now on my second one - the first one sounded like something was loose inside and after using it once, the silicone stoppers - one of them broke off from the crisping try. Exchanged it for a new one and on this one, TWO of the stoppers are split. I'll be returning this one and hoping I can get a refund.

I bought it for my office kitchen and it’s the perfect little personal air fryer! It’s super easy to use and warms up pretty quickly.

Didn't work in one week, had to return it and buy another one

this product was smaller than i thought but works nicely would have ordered larger one
