The fan fell off the first time we attempted to use it

Doesn’t not stay on I had to put a paper in the bottom.

At second usage, continually shut off every couple minutes

It only lasted a week and it stopped turning on. And I only used it twice

It would not heat up....It would not heat what else can I SAY IT WOULD NOT HEAT

Day 1 - I burned French fries and under-fried meatballs with sauce Day 2 - I burned Tator Tots - but still ate them. It's Tator Tots after all. Day 3 - I undercooked, then overcooked Shrimp using the recipe from the instruction book. Day 4 - I properly cooked Onion rings. YUM. Day 5 - I properly fried tater tots. Heaven! The recipes in the instruction manual are not sized down to fit this unit so half them in size if you're going to try one of them. This thing is really tiny which I consider both good and bad. Good because it forces you to limit portion sizes. Bad because it forces you to limit portion sizes of yummy foods (assuming you learn not to burn it). This makes prepping for a family of 3 impossible without doing multiple batches, which frankly I could skip by using my oven, so this thing really only works when I'm cooking for myself. I do find the digital menus hard to use. They look cool just popping up on the screen when the power button is pressed, but it's not intuitive to see which selection is actually selected. I end up cycling through all the options a couple of times before I finally end up on the correct option. Simple to clean. easy to store.

I never had an air fryer before this, but friends and family that have one have told me how great they are so I decided to get one for myself. I've gotta admit that I wasn't sure if I really needed this since I always just oven baked my frozen foods, but I still gave this a shot. I'm so happy I did, the Bella Pro is awesome, it cooks all my favorite snacks (tots, fries, popcorn chicken, etc) to perfection. I always had an issue with some foods coming out a bit soft when I would cook them in the oven, but this little air fryer makes them up nice, hot & crispy. The controls are all touch screen and easy to learn that I had no issue using it the first time. The cleaning was a bit a challenge for me since I didn't know what to expect but was surprised by how easy it was learn. Overall I love this little air fryer and would absolutely recommend it for anyone that wants a starter air fryer.

Defective. Don’t waste your time. Returned it and got a different one.

Bella Pro Air Fryer is a surprise in a small package! Size ok because there are only two of us most of the time. I saw a deal by Best Buy; I checked others' reviews and decided to take a chance- I really wanted to make French fries. Once I got it home and opened it up, I began to read the directions. I became concerned because of all the "warnings" reiterated throughout the brochure: heat output, noise, more. I thought about returning it. There are few recipes included, so I searched the web. After doing so, I went ahead and prepared our potatoes...I REALLY WANTED those French fries. As it turns out, the heat output is reasonable- I did place protection.on our counter, and the noise is truly no concern. I was a bit nervous using it the first time, but those French fries were good (careful to season lightly). I've cooked hot dogs- which is more like outdoor grilling (I cooked some on the stove at the same time to compare). Foods need longer time than a microwave - but moister and tastier. Shorter than oven. I suggest pre-heating before use, clean after it cools. May not be good for all foods, tho there are people who use theirs all of the time. One needs to experiment and find their comfort zone to use the air fryer. Easy to use touch screen on top. Small basket means multiple times for certain foods. Two hot dogs fit perfectly. Try it!
