The white print on the machine control panel can be easily wiped off. I just used my wet finger to press the button and the paint is off. Other function works fine.

Very simple but with some nice technology to toast things to everyone's liking. Takes up minimal counter space. Love the timer on the device

It's kind of weird to review a toaster because you know, it's a toaster. But this one from Bella is different because it's electronic. Things to love. It cooks toast FAST. The slot is wide so YES those New York-style Bagels fit. The transparent magical way the countdown timer just appears on the side of the toaster is super cool. Although, honestly, I fail to see the point of it - as it shows the same time regardless of the color/temperature setting, so it's more an FYI that toast cooks in 2min and 30s. The Bella Pro also looks classy in the all-metal design although it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet and... well read on... What I don't like is the electronic switch especially for cancel. There's a noticeable 2-3 second lag after you press cancel until it actually cancels. This worries me (maybe I am just paranoid). It means you need to time cancels 2-3 seconds before you need to cancel. And this is why I have my first reservation, I just don't think toasters need an electronic switch, at least for cancel. If you overcook your toast, you want it to stop immediately not think about it for a few seconds. My biggest reservation though is the all-metallic design. While the sides stay relatively cool to touch the top gets super hot seemingly everywhere. After a week of use, I burnt my finger fishing out toast. This is the first time in my life I have actually burn myself on a toaster. I think the all-metal design just isn't ideal. TLDR. My partner loves the look, it's countdown timer makes it seem super classy. The cancel button noticeably slow. Will I keep using Yes! Would I recommend, only when I advise of all the other concerns first.

I have recommended this product to so many people over the past year. Everyone has been looking for a toaster oven plus standard toaster that does not take up so much counter space. This product is the perfect solution as we do more toasting than oven stuff and it takes up very little counter space. I love this product which is an engineering marvel and I recommend it to anyone who wants a more efficient use of their counters but still have the toaster oven functions. Great product that everyone should have.

I searched for a long time for a toaster that didn’t have bad reviews. It was overwhelming finding a simple thing as a toaster . I found this one on Best Buy , decent reviews so let’s give it a try. It’s overall a good toaster . Just have to adjust the timer to fix toast just perfect , turn up past 2 you have overdone toast . It does have a pull out crumb tray , and the cord wraps underneath for storage. *Note* There will be a burning smell when you first plug it in and try it out. That is normal for a new appliance.

Owned for just three weeks but, loved the modern looks. Family appreciates the timer much more than expected. Happy with the purchase.

This Bella toaster is the very first one I ever had with a timer. It is nice to know how long you have until the toast is done.

The box was deceiving. It said touch screen toaster ! Not that I need a high tech toaster but the 1 button that says bagel maybe the touchscreen of the toaster!! Other then misleading it’s the perfect toaster

This toaster is plenty big so you can toast almost anything without it getting stuck inside the toaster. It seems to be very well built. So far so good. I'm happy with the purchase.

This product far exceeded my expectations. I am able to toaster any size bread. I can toast two grill cheese at one time.

This is an excellent toaster. It browns items evenly and automatically adjusts the time for one slice or two. The visible countdown feature is great too and really sets this toaster apart.

This toaster is a great improvement over my previous toaster, which bit the dust in just a few weeks. More durable and easier to read than ever for what I need.

Does my toast really well. I like how you can adjust it just right. Two negatives:the lettering rubbed off with use and it’s not easy to clean.

No better than our last. Doesn't toast evenly, need to flip the bread 1/2 done to get a evenly toasted piece of bread. The features are nice, but don't use that much.

You bet it does! My bread is toasted! Replaced an older toaster with this model. Works great. Take a few times to figure out the precise setting, but you'll get there.

Works great. You know what the toast will look like with the dogital yimer, no more guessing. Takes some getting used to bit once u know the right number, your toast!!

This is a very effective toaster. I love the timer, and settings. I’m glad I bought it on sale. Well worth the price.

My old toster never toasted my bagels even ,useful settings and time , reduced the amount of food i had to toss

Absolutely love this toaster . It’s nice that you can use either defrost for frozen food or use the regular setting and change the time on it and see the led light countdown timer , that lets you know your food is ready and not guessing. It has a a lever that pushes up your food when it done , so that you don’t burn your fingers . It is very nice looking too , in person . Better than my old toasters that either burn the food or has to be re toasted again . Not with this one. Highly recommend.
