Only 2 cons: (1) I'm not sure why it had to be built such that you need to manually lift the toast to remove it. I'm not sure why they couldn't just make the toast rise higher when it's finished instead of making you pull up on the knob. (2) I usually have to hit a button a couple times before it registers. Maybe I'm still developing the right touch. Overall, this toaster is great; 4.5 stars.
