Working good for toasting bread not tried on bagel.

Got a faulty piece. The central heating element wasnt working. Build quality looked descent. Returned to the locla best buy, and the experience wasnt too great.

I got on discount very gutan quality for de price.

I hesitated to grab this toaster for review because I recently had to buy a new toaster. I did however buy the bottom shelf brand toaster and whereas I have zero issues with said toaster, it is a toaster and it toast. I was so happy to upgrade immediately here. Upon opening I placed the other toaster in the garage storage room and feel confident that is where it will stay. As toasters goes my first thoughts are, they toast...next. However, the Bella Pro really takes it another step with counter presentation. The stainless-steel outer and gloss black trim are quite elegant, even more so when illuminated by the touch panel. The opening is wide enough for bakery bagels. But the neatest part for me was the option to reheat or defrost. I personally had not seen a residential toaster with such a feature. Again though, it does toast as well it just does it exceptionally well, with a range 1 (warm) to 7 (blackened, lol) I am incredibly pleased with this toaster and we use it almost every day and love the way to looks on our counter.

Toasts fast. Toasts unevenly. One side always toasts more than the other regardless of settings. Toasts both sides on bagel. Of darkness settings from 0-9, only 0-3 are useful. Labels on touch pad wear off in a few months. Time-left display is handy.

After 3 months is not working properly, the display doesn’t show the numbers correctly and takes forever to toast the bread.

Like the darkness dial. You can be very specific with color. ‘Bagel’ selection does not work as expected. Hard to activate and toasts both sides of bagel.

Died within 6 months of purchase digital timer stopped functioning so now it wont toast anything

This is the worse toaster i have ever owned. The lettering on the front wipped right of on the first week

1 of 3 buttons is working. Only “cancel” is pushable

It looks nice and function as any other toaster nothing fancy. Its too big for my taste take too much space on the counter top. This is not a touchscreen I feel its misleading the customer.

A PIECE OF JUNK!!! Broke just after having it for three months. Threw it in the trash.

The Bagel setting did not work, returned item, If I wanted to return it by mail it would take 30 days to get a refund. Local stores don't carry this item so I had to go to a local store, return the item then order another online....Very inconvenient. I would recommend this product if the bagel setting worked and returns weren't such a hassle.

We love this toaster but the writing for release rubbed off after like a month. Other than that it’s a good toaster.

Toast comes out nice and even once I figured out the correct minutes to cook. Had trouble with english muffins, they got caught and jammed in the toaster, I think the gap at the bottom is a little to wide. This toaster gets very hot so have to be careful. Bagels fit perfect which I think wider items do work well in this toaster. Love that it counts down so your not guessing! Looks very stylish and modern next to my other appliances. Still trying to figure out the cancel button, one time it cancelled immediately, other times took a few presses so I think the key here is getting to know how to set the timer which will definetly vary, especially for room temp or refridgerated or freezer items. The cord wrap is also a nice feature.

Not a bad buy but not great either. Toasts quick, maybe sometimes a bit too hot and burns the toast.

With a digital countdown display you know exactly how long till your perfectly toasted item is ready. There are settings for DEFROST, BAGEL and of course TOAST. The slots adjust for size and the handle gives the opportunity to raise your item to extract it from the toaster. If I could change one item on the Toaster I would put the reset button near the push down lever. Cheers!

Toaster looks cool with the digital countdown on the front. The buttons on the front however are not physical, they are touch sensitive, which I HATE. I rarely press the buttons, but when I do, I have to press then in a specific way to get it to register. Probably would recommend just getting a toaster with physical buttons, but if find this on sale, its an okay buy and does the job.

This toaster has wider slots than some, so this accommodates larger/wider bread slices. The easy to use dial makes getting the exact setting every time. The bottom tray is handy for cleaning. This toaster works great for Toaster Strudel. My old toaster would never get the inside warm when the outside was done. Often times my old toaster would leave the inside cold.The Bella toaster makes the inside nice and warm and the outside crispy. I would recommend this toaster if you need just a 2 slicer.
