This toaster looks great but it's not as easy as it might seem to operate. I put it on #2 and it toasted for 1 minute and 35 seconds which overcooked my toast, so I turned down 1 click( there are 4 clicks between each #) and it toasted for 1:10 , which undercooked the toast, which leaves you with no options. I tried calling the company but they hung up on me twice and then it rang with no answer. Looks great but sucks as a toaster!

The cord plugs in on the wrong side of the toaster. The whole thing seems flimsy

Like toasters, do not like that is difficult to eject toast before the timer expires

Does burns your bread if you have on 4 and on 3 doesn’t get nice color when is tasted

This toaster toasts unevenly. It's much darker (almost burnt) on the side facing the center, when the outer side is toasted just right. I'm disappointed in this purchase and have considered returning it. How long after date of purchase may I return it?

Would not recommend. We've had this toaster just over 5 months, use it sparingly, and the letters on all 3 settings no longer exist, and the 2nd two settings (defrost and bagel, I think they were), no longer work. Only the 1st setting, Cancel, still works. And when they did work, each of the 'buttons' must be barely touched to get a response; pushing any harder than a touch results in no response. Waaayyy too sensitive. A great idea for a better toaster, but the maker used very cheap materials to get the job done.

This toaster was replacing an older one that was given to me as a present. It’s a nice improvement on looks and function. It has a stainless steel finish which matches most of the appliances in my kitchen and has easy to use settings. The toaster strangely didn’t come with any instructions but I guess everything is pretty straight forward. When toasting there is a countdown that is displayed, nice to know exactly when the toast will be ready. After you start toasting you have the option to cancel, defrost, or choose a bagel option. I’ve defrosted a few protein waffles and it works well. The 1000 watt heating system makes the waffles perfect when selecting defrost and put the heat setting in the middle. My previous toaster would require 2 separate session to get it hot enough to thaw and heat them up. The crumb tray is a new option for me as well. Overall the toaster is a nice addition to my kitchen and functions as described.

Do not buy. They are a fire hazard. I bought one, returned it because it was stuck on "bagel" setting and got a replacement. A month and a half later that one would not run down the digital timer so whatever you put in the toaster would just stay down and toasting. First time it happened my whole kitchen was full of smoke. I went to app to return and of course it's past time so I'm out $30. Rip off product

Aesthetically good looking, however that's all it offers. As a toaster it's not that great, and the touch buttons don't really function most times. I would pass on this and get a better one.

Who knew that something as simple as a digital timer on a toaster would have such an impact. No more guesswork, or staring at your toaster, waiting for your toaster pastry to pop up. Now I know exactly when it will pop up. The defrost function is great for those of you who eat frozen waffles. Now you can thaw them first so they won’t be soggy. The cancel button is also a nice touch for those times you overestimate the toast time for your snack, and that dreaded burning smell is all over your kitchen The extra wide slots (and I mean extra...wide) will easily accommodate any size bread or bagel you have. I toast ciabatta bread, which is large and dense. This toaster has no problems with the size or density of the bread. I love this toaster! It’s weird that it’s taken so long before someone decided to beef up the most basic appliance in the kitchen. This toaster is a winner. When you’re in the market for a new one, I’d start here.

Sleek and looking design but product never worked. I was looking forward to those waffles too.

I thought mine was defective, but apparently many others noticed this "touchscreen" doesn't work. Incidentally, the manufacturers must not understand what a touchscreen is. Even if I were to look past the fact that this device does not have a touchscreen, the flush buttons to which they must be referring, function intermittently at best. Good luck with the race against time while you repeatedly jab at the "bagel" button before the outside of your bagel slices get toasted, or the "cancel" button when you realize the toast is ready.
