I bought this toaster in March 2021 for my new apartment. I used it, but not THAT often, and almost immediately I began having issues with the toaster not ejecting properly (occasionally) and burning my food. My roommate forgot his PopTart and it caught on fire because, although the timer was up, the food was never ejected. 0/10 would not reccommend, unless you want a homeowner’s insurance claim.

Went to the store around 10:30am an employee inside put two fingers up for 11am that it opens. So a second time I came and Steve the GM treated us like garbage, and like we weren't even people when we came to the door and he pointed to a sign that said due to inclimate weather the store is closed to 12pm. Wasted 3 trips just to get my item and Steve the GM treats customers like trash. I'm just not purchasing from best buy again. This was the stroudsburg, PA store.

As a consumer who uses Bella’s products on the regular as they truly are a staple in my kitchen, this digital toaster is another added addition to my kitchen’s family of Bella’s products. Presently, I am using a toaster oven manufactured by Bella that has served me well for a few years now. I use it for both baking and toasting. Until this toaster arrived, I did not have a 2-slice toaster. I had one many years ago. This toaster performs well, as toasts and waffles bake evenly in color. The buttons are very intuitive and easy to navigate. I am elated to put this on the counter as it coordinates and matches my kitchen’s appliances which most are in the stainless-steel family. Suffice to say, this toaster will get plenty miles of usage in my kitchen!

Impossible to get the darkness set right. Toast is either too pale or burned with no setting in between. Another toaster goes to the trash.

The design an look is great but after a short period the digital timer is already messed up. It only display part of the number.

This toaster kind of sucked. The buttons are touch but the print wore off after a year so I couldn't see which was which. I upgraded to a better Bella toaster, the one with the wide slots (silver) and its much better. Bella usually puts out good stuff maybe this was just a one off.

Have had for several months. Works great but the buttons are not readable anymore

Doesn’t toaat evenly. Cancel button doesn’t normally work.

It toasts but the bagel button or the defrost doesn't light up .

Terrible toaster. Even on the lowest setting, toast gets burned. If you are trying to do frozen waffles, forget it. The outsides will be burnt, the insides will stay frozen. The from frozen option only makes the time longer, does nothing to first defrost and then increase the cooking temp. Total garbage.

I was lied to about the manufacturing source of this item. I was told it was made in the USA and the bizpx clearly said Made in China. Also, it toasts inconsistently. Make toast one day on a setting of 2 and it is barely toasted; next day on the same setting and it's almost burnt.

It was ok. The quality is not good. Looks fine but low-quality material.

I thought I'd get a quality toaster if I paid a little more. I was wrong. It looks great but it didn't work great. One side of the toast was done and the other side burnt. I tried to adjust and retry 3 times but unchanged. I returned it.

Lever to pull down bread and turn on toaster is horrible. I have to pull it down several times to get it to catch. There is nothing “touch screen” about this. It’s a button that it covered by a plastic screen

If you don't want to have to hold the handle down while you toast your bread....DO NOT BUY! I have not had this toaster a full 3 months and the pull down lever has stopped working! I guess the spring broke! TRASH!

Poor quality. Marker got erased within first week. Sides get hot, bread does not pop out easily. Needs tongs to bring bread out. Tongs are not part of the product. Function wise good, look of the product is good only quality of the product is questionable.

Basic toaster. Low quality build. Avoid this brand.

Does not cook both sides of toast same. Will burn one side if toasting the other. Both Slots. Looks nice, but its main function is to toast, which it does not do well.
