The print on the buttons will wear off after a few uses. The apring mechanism for the toaster to hold the bread in place will not work after a month or two. I bought this as a white elephant toft for my folks, and I am disappointed in the quality of this toaster. I lost mu faith in Bella brand name. I will no longer be buying any products from them. Please heed these bad reveiws.
